2 starsDon’t purchase these gutter covers if you live in an area where you have any kind of conifers that shed their needles,. They told me that they would just off the top but they don’t. They get on the gutter cover and form a mat and just keep building up until I have to get up there with the ladder and and clean them off. As a consequence, the water comes down my roof and goes over the gutter, cover and needles and comes down and a waterfall on my patio. I called the company and they want to charge me $95 to come out and clean them each time.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsI had other leaf protection previously installed, and the salesman clearly explained how the LeafFilter system was more effective in accomplishing the goal of gutter protection. Then I was totally impressed with their being able to perform the work the very next day. They arrived as promised, went to work, and completed the job in record time, with absolutely no disruption to me. There was no cleanup required by me. 1 starLeaf filter is a crappy product and the head off the northern California office is a liar. They will not come out and clean your gutters if you have any issues. It took them 4 attempts to get the gutters up correctly. Including starting over completely the third time. Before they came out the 4th time I asked for my money back and have the gutters removed, they refused. They contract out for the work with local people. They do not have their own professionals. They absolutely keep everything out of my gutters including the rain. They say that's due to the grit from my shingles and not their responsibility. All I have to do is clean them. Isn't that the whole point of getting leaf guard. To "Never clean your gutters again" That's a flat out lie. I had to hire a roofer to come out and put a water guard above my door so that I don't get run off all over me every time I go in the house. I might mention I have a covered porch, so that shouldn't be an issue. My wife went to the office to speak with the representative and he excused everyone else from office closed the door and stood over and screamed at her. Completely unprofessional. There is no oversight and no one to talk to. The complaint line just runs you around in circles and sends you back to the very representative we have the issues with. 3 starsI felt we paid way too much for our gutters. We did not get/need the LeafFilter system. The installers were supposed to come back and put the front gutter into our drainage system but did not do it. The salesman was very pushy and we jumped into signing because we were "getting a deal" on new continuous gutters. He tried to sell us a new drip edge when nothing's wrong with the drip edge we having by calling it an "apron".LeafFilter Gutter Protection
