after getting no verbal response i went to their office yesterday, March 6, and had a sit down conversation. was told the wrong parts were used during installation and they wanted to make it right. man was here today and "fixed" the problems. i now have to wait for rain or snow to see if the system works as promised.Review fromBeullah S

1 starI think the salesman that came to my home was liars, they told us we could finance at 24months no interest, after the gutters were installed the 2 young men had to wait for 1 hr before they could leave. Because I had to redo the payment method. I spoke with the manager ****. This company is a rip off, the installer was very nice knew what they were doing but for me the company gets a zero.***************LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starVery unsatisfied with LeafFilter installed on my 2-story house. Was told pine needles would not be a problem for LeafFilter--but it was and still is. The first 2 times I called to have the overflowing gutters taken care of, no problem; a subcontractor came and cleared the gutters. The third time I was told there was a charge of $95 unless the "clog" was under the LeafFilter, so I said that was the problem, as if I was going to get on a ladder to see what caused the overflowing gutters!! LeafFilter is difficult to deal with, they do not stand behind their lifetime guarantee of no overflowing gutters. I joined the recent lawsuit to get some remedy for my dissatisfaction with their product and customer service. I urge anyone considering LeafFilter to shop elsewhere.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
