1 starI entered into agreement with LeafFilter North of ***** LLC In February 2021. Installation contract concerning the installation of gutters, downspouts, and LeafFilter gutter protection system. The gutters were to be installed at my residential. I had to file a lawsuit cause No ********** against LeafFilters for breached of the installation contract preformed work on the project in unworkmanlike manner, caused damaged to my property and breached warranties related to or arising from the installation contract LeafFilter North of ***** LLC left some of the gutters on the ground Promised to come back with a new gutter piece that had a cut and would leak; and would finish the installment. LeafFilter never came back as promised to come and finished the installment. The gutters that were mounted leaked. I would like that no-one else go through the bad experience I had with LeafFilter North of ***** LLC.

5 starsThe thoroughness of the installation and the fact that I didn't have to do anything on my part to help with the installation. Although it took a long time to install, it was very professionally done and only a few areas needed additional tie downs that were handled efficiently a few weeks later when one are appeared to have a loose section. Had no problem with drainage the one time we had rain since installation. I am very happy with the way the free inspection was handled and the way that the inspector explained the process of installation, showing me sections of the final product and what they looked like and how they performed in the rain and the further fact of discounts available for senior citizens and former, or retired, members of the military. The whole process from start to finish was efficient, smooth and professionally done. I have already recommended it to several of my neighbors and explained the benefits of not having to climb ladders to clean out the gutters.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starterrible customer relations. had a sales rep out, he gave me a price that i agreed to and have not heard back from them since. called the sales rep at least 6 times, got voice mail each time with no call back. texted him as many times with no response. called into main office 3 times and was told a manager would call me back--guess what no calls. today i finally got a call from a manager who told me it was not his area of responsibility. he emailed the proper manager and guess what again--no call from that manager. STAY AWAY FROM THIS EVIL COMPANY!!!!iLeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsAs I said in an earlier review. The bracket for the filter that is installed on the drip molding at the edge of the roof did not have a small black gasket as shown to me by the sales person. Also the installation crew did not arrive at my home until noon. They worked until 9:15 pm which it is totally dark. So far things appear to be working properly. Had to show installation crew where the bellys were at they said they knew nothing about them. The sales rep showed me his note and told me this would be passed onto the crew installing my LeafFilters.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsI purchased LeafFilter because of the pvc grid directly below the steel mesh to support mesh during moving ice, snow, and the new improved grid design that allows greater rain volumes to flow through. Salesperson explained thoroughly. Installer outstanding listening skills and superb caring. In contrast to some unhappy reviews I read, I received exactly what I was shown by sales for exactly the price described. I studies the various other systems of other designs and they all had downsides like limited rain water flow or debris lingering on top or no grid below mesh to support mesh. Study the other designs and then decide for yourself. So far I encountered no difficulties with LeafFilter company. 4 starsHad to call the installers back because of leakage, when they came they were friendly and cooperative and explain everything they were going to do, and why our ***** were leaking. Hopefully they fixed the problem. Will know when it rains later this week.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsDid not get Leaf filter installed due to their high pressure sales tactics. The sales person quoted me a price, then discounted it by 25% (because I saw them on TV - seriously! That's a phony discount.). I let him know that I was waiting on another quote from a different company I had met with the previous day and had another company scheduled for the following day. This was when he announced that the discount was only good if I agreed to hire them TODAY, right away.I told him that was disappointing, as I always get at least three quotes. He left unhappy and I certainly felt that he had wasted my time.About 10 minutes later, he texted me and said he would do my entire job at his cost if I gave him two Next Door reviews and one on Trust Pilot. Essentially not tell this story to anyone, and he would discount the price by 65%! Gaming the system. This makes me wary to believe any reviews I see now.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
