1 starService was not what I expected for what I paid. Gutters did not match. Installer claimed they were purchased from different vendors. To make it worse they were in the entry of the home. Also they suggested I have metal on back patio cut to install a gutter placed there. Had metal cut now sales stated I need wood trimmed. If she would have mentioned that from the start I would not had paid to have metal trimmed. Very unprofessional and their communication skills are poor. Tried several times to contact but like I said poor communication skills on their end.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starDO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. My mother found out about Leaffilter at a craft show. The salesman came out and was nice, but employed an aggressive car salesman campaign. We should have known when he kept dropping the price over and over again and wanted only cash or check. This would have been acceptable if the product wasn't absolute trash. We mentioned possible issues with roof debri and ice/snow, and he vehemently denied those would be issues, that these were very popular in snowy locations and that they had no complaints.. yeah right. The first rain storm, they overflowed at all the valleys. Once the snow hit, it froze into an ice sheet and everything flowed over causing massive ice issues on the ground. They came out several times to try and fix but obviously there was no fix. We went back and forth for a while and they said, "well you signed the contract and they are guaranteed to prevent leaf blockage of the downspouts and nothing else". Well duh, they can't clog when nothing can get in. They finally offered to remove them for free. Deal of a lifetime right there, as we are out well over $5,000 for this horrible snake oil product from a horrible dishonest scam of a company, as well as having ruined flashing, damaged facia boards and gutters full of holes. We just got a quote from another company to fix the gutters that now leak profusely. They said they could install all new gutters with their own guards for far less than Scamfilter. Once again, DO NOT fall for this scam like we did, no matter how good they make it sound. They are liars and cheats, and they absolutely should not be in business.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI put one star instead 0 as it doesn't allow to write,LF install wrong gauge, and Size gutters and downspout. We ask them and was told they will correct it. Instead they sent the non-payment bill and if not paid they will remove the gutters or matter will handover to collections agency!!!? I asked them to remove the gutters as it's not serve the purpose but again they are coming back with different tactics and different departments and asking money which creates lots of stress.we don't want these gutters on our home if they come and remove with in advance sufficient time so we can install right gutters with other company and our home will not be left with lots of holes which will damage the house. I requested them to do so but no cooperation . This is real frustrating for hiring reputed company with more than double price . please help. Thank you.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starWhat a joke! My gutters look worse than they did before I had the Leaf Filter System (LFS) installed. First of all they were not installed properly (I have pictures that I had to send directly to LFS) because they did not believe me. Plus it's not the same product that was shown to me originally, it's a screen, not the solid mesh. Anyway, they sent someone out to fix the problem. Now, I just paid off financing with LFS as of April 2023. Well, I have so much debris that is on the gutters, it looks terrible. I call them, no response. I email them, no response. I receive a phone call from a LFS Service person... He said, I am at your house, then he said, I assume you are not at home. I said, NO ONE called me or emailed me to let me know you were stopping at my house, I would like to be at home when someone is there! He said, yeah but they just told me to come out. So what's the problem? I said, look at the gutters on my house what do you see? He said, debris, I said yes, that is correct. I said, why? I was told that I would not need to clean my gutters ever again, nor have to get up on a ladder! Well, depends on the trees. You have a pine tree and a maple tree with the propellers that get stuck in the screen. Yeah, that's why I don't understand why they installed a screen? I wanted the original product that was shown to me when I signed up. He said, this is the improved product. I said, Really? Does it look it? I would say, NO! He said, I can blow off the gutters for $95. I said, WHAT? AFTER WHAT I JUST PAID, YOU HAVE THE AUDACITY TO CHARGE ME? He said, it's not me miss, it's the company. I said, it doesn't matter, you represent the company! I said, do not do anything except tell LFS, I am an unhappy customer! Their motto should be PAY A LOT! GET NOTHING!!!
