1 star- Quality of installation unknown. Very limited photographs of installation despite promise of "plenty of photos", As such, quality of 2nd story installation unknown. Can see issue with some of 1st floor installation, but no follow-up from installation manager. No confidence 2nd story is any better.- Damage to driveway, no response to several calls /texts about dissatisfaction in that regard - Was told I should be home during installation. ***************** showed up speaking absolutely no English, so why did I need to take the day off to be there if we couldn't communicate?- No follow-up from installation manager about any of my above concerns - Very expensive product. If I knew then what I know now I would not have had Leaf Filter installed, and would have continued with annual gutter cleaning.

********* the technician was great!
***** the sales rep promised things that never happened. ***** promised all gutters would be remove and reset at more appropriate levels.
This did not happen. I hired you all to fix a leak at my window. ***** promised this work would help. He promised that there would be silicone or similar material would stop the leak at the end of the gutter. This was not done.
Overall I am hiring another company to do all these things!
Basically I need my $$$& refunded.
Your salesman is a fraud.

5 starsExcellent product and installation crew were great at what they do. The cost would be a huge factor for alot of potential customers and though the product is best by consumers report there may be a better alternative for some homeowners.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsThe reason we choose to get a gutter protection is because we have two large maple trees nearby. The two installers that came were great! The weather conditions were bitter cold, yet they completed the job after having to chip the ice out of my gutters. They were very friendly and communicated through out the job. They showed me pictures of work during and after. I can't speak to how they hold up to heavy snow since we haven't had any.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsThe salesperson was very knowledgeable and easy to follow along with. Capable of answering our questions, and didnt push to inform us your gutters are trashed etc. the installer was timely, courtesy and professional. My only complaint is that I have followed directions on registering but yet havent received an email with my lifetime guarantee. 4 starsThe sales to installation process was fast and relatively worry free, Theses gutters appear to work well, except when it comes to sleet. With sleet and snow seems to prevent the melt from being directed into the gutters and water runs over the sides. With the "helmet" type gutters I do not recall this issue. The installers were pleasant and seemed to work hard. However, the clean up was not thorough and sharp pieces of metal, rusty nails, and debris from the old gutter system littered the lawn.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starWhatever you do, never choose leaf filter. They came to install and adjust gutters on my home Monday, and they made it impossible to open my door. Then, the installer refused to walk around the house with me and forced me to sign. I then discovered that he did not install the downspout in my rear that I agreed to with the sales ***resentative and the installer threw all the gunk from my gutters onto my lawn; the sales *** showed us pictures of the installers putting the gutter gunk in a bucket. I called customer service immediately, and they said they would come back that day. Come Wednesday, I heard nothing and needed to call customer service again; they came back today, then said they were not sure why they were here because we did not pay for a downspout. I called customer service, they said I did not pay for it so they will not install it. I call the operations manager, and he says that he will handle it. I call customer service again, and they now have me scheduled to get it resolved Monday. However, my house is still riddled with dead leaves and BOLTS all over my yard.Through this process, I was ghosted, sworn at, and gaslighted. LeafFilter is a joke.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

The resolution was completing the work you neglected to do; hardly a resolution. As I navigated the resolution, service told me that *** never sent them the approval, then *** told me that they are full of it, and that hes going to have to reprimand them. The service team also threw the salesman, ******, under the bus, and said the salesmen rarely know what theyre talking about.Also, my lawn is still cluttered with gunk from my gutters as well as bolts. I also found a broken piece of gutter on my yard I hope that doesnt belong somewhere.Very unprofessional operation going here.Review fromScott Y
