      The salesman was exceptional with regard to his product knowledge. There was not even a hint of pressure, as he allowed the product to sell itself. I cannot praise the salesman enough. The installation and gutter cleaning was proficiently done, however the gutters were not realigned as assured during the sale. The result is standing water in 2-spans of gutter. This is a fantastic product, and I will recommend it to everyone.**************

      From the initial meeting with Gio to the completion of the next day installion with ****. LeafFilter provided Outstanding customer service. I Highly recommend them to any homeowners who do not have gutter protection. It will save you from having to have your gutters cleaned and avoid injuries.

      I submitted a previous review, but I didn't know how bad the original sub-contractor s****ed me till recently. This is also the review I posted to all my friends and various groups on Facebook because this is ridiculous! My installation was a very frustrating process. I paid for 86 linear feet, 30 feet combined front & back, and 56 feet combined for the sides (yes, it’s a small house). The installation contract also included gutter cleaning and any gutter repairs if needed. On the day of installation, a lone sub-contractor showed up and he was done in less than 2 hours. That seemed quick to me, but what do I know? It rained two days later, and water was still overflowing from the gutters on the 2nd floor. Another contractor came out and said the leaf guard was never installed on the 2nd floor, and the gutters were never cleaned. The 2nd contractor didn’t have the materials to do the job and had to reschedule. So, the original contractor took off with 56 feet of leaf guard and didn’t even touch the 2nd floor which was 65% of the job! A 3rd contractor came out the next day, cleaned the 2nd floor gutters and finished the installation. The disturbing thing is that I would never have even known the 2nd floor was untouched if I didn’t have them come back to check it. Unlike the 1st floor, I can’t see the top of the gutters on the 2nd floor. Another disturbing thing is thinking about how many others he could’ve done this to if he has worked there for a while. Did he have a side gig selling and installing Leaf Guard stolen from the customers who paid for it? Are there others who never got what they paid for and just don’t know it yet? If you’ve had Leaf Guard installed and you can’t physically see it, I would definitely have it checked out. You may have paid for a lot of stuff you didn’t even get, and you’ll definitely pay for it later! I just have a bad feeling that there are other victims out there, especially if this same contractor did the job.

      I see all the other bad reviews and all the pre-fabricated responses to them. Yep, just cut and paste a response and move on to the next bad review! How about have someone give a personal response and maybe a phone call? People shell out thousands of dollars for this massively over-priced product, so how about giving a little compensation for the frustration as well?

      Be careful. After one year nothing on top of the gutters is covered. So much for the life time warranty.

      LeafFilter Gutter Protection was a very good addition to our house. Since we have had them installed, we have had some strong storms with plenty of rainfall. The LeafFilter Gutters worked just fine. A great improvement over the old gutters.

      It is gratifying to see soooo many negative reviews on this Company in just the past 30 days! In particular, my comments relate to debris buildup on top of the filter. I have had this issue since the installation in June 2019!! The questionable claim of “self-cleaning properties “ is, at best, only applicable if the filter is installed at the proper angle. Ours was not. Debris just sits there and accumulates. (I have many photos, but unable to post here). They even sent “representatives “ out 12+ times - at no cost- between 2019 and 2022 to clean the clogged filters. They all agreed that the installation a problem, but “ just give the Company a call when it happens again”. When I called in May 2022, the regional office manager said the clogging was not LeafFilter’s problem and they would only send someone out if I agreed to pay $95 each time!! Not a chance!! Since then, because of my age, I have had to pay others to do the maintenance in order to prevent water back-up damage. I also participated in a Debris Accumulation Class Action claim brought in Ohio. Supposedly, as part of the settlement, LeafFilter is to provided three vouchers for future “no cost” debris removal. Finalization is currently proceeding through the legal system. Meanwhile, to add insult to injury, LeafFilter continues to inundate our US mail box with advertising brochures!!

      We understand that being a homeowner comes with many responsibilities and the last thing you want to do is clean your gutters. LeafFilter is considered "low-maintenance" because like any exterior part of your home there is some level of upkeep required. We do charge for services not outlined in your warranty. Normally, we don't negotiate these costs; however, if you would like to provide additional details or discuss further, please call ************ or email ********************************.

      Not good. Had them installed a few years ago, and it appears they werent installed correctly. Missing braces. Called to ask someone to look at since they have a lifetime warranty, and they wont send anyone out to look at the gutter without our paying a $95.00 fee. Manager no help, and the dont seem to care. Why should we have to pay a fee for them to correct shoddy work.Beware!

      This doesnt really address my issue. I have incorrectly installed gutters and your representatives refuse to come out to review without my spending another $95.00. I shouldnt have to spend more money to fix your mistakes. If you truly want to provide excellent customer service, youll reply with a direct number of someone who will schedule this review of the gutters without our having to pay. Until that happens, you are merely providing lip service and I cannot in good conscience recommend that anyone buy your product.
