1 starLeaf Filter came out to give me a quote on the cost to have their gutter covers. The man who came spent over 30 mins telling me about the company. Way too long. He then gave me a ridiculous price. He then said he could take $500 off the $10,700. I thanked him and reminded him that I was getting other quotes. He was irritated with my comment. I had a 30% coupon that he wasnt excited about. Whatever amount of $$$ the quote was, it had to be accepted that day only. I again thanked him and told him I was done. He wouldnt stop talking or get up and leave. He dialed someone he wanted me to talk to. I dont think so. He kept asking what the problem was. I again asked him to leave and got up but he wouldnt get up or stop talking. At this point I was frightened. I picked up my phone and told him if he didnt leave Id call the police to ****** him out (3times!), I was ready to dial when he slowly got up still talking, flipping his cell quickly with another price (a third of what he started with). He finally left and sat in front of my house 20 mins. He was a BULLY and tried to INTIMIDATE me. Please, please be careful and look at others.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 stars********************* was very patient and answered my questions as we discussed options for gutters and the Leaf Filter. I did feel a little pressured and he would not leave until I signed a contract, even though I said several times I needed to think about it. I decided to just get the Leaf Filters installed and am THRILLED with my decision. The installer was on time and notified me that the gutters looked fine. It took him a few hours and everything looked good. There was a lot of debris (screws, plastic parts, and metal pieces) around my house from the work the installer did. The installer did clean out all of my gutters and did blow most of it off of the sidewalk and driveway. With all of the rain that we have experienced in NC the last few weeks, I have to admit the gutters are free-flowing and not blocked at all! I cannot believe it! I have TONS of pine trees and the pine straw and pine cones just blow off or flow off of the gutters. I am so happy with the Leaf Filter product!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

I thought we needed new gutters, but they merely explained and then fixed all our gutter issues, for a fraction of the cost with amazing results. 5 starsThey responded to my contact within minutes!! A knowledgeable and friendly representative was available within a ******************* was within a couple of days. The installers were very fast, but seemed to do a good job. A hard rain within a week after installation showed that LeafFilter did a far better job than the old gutter protectors that we previously had. A few days afterwards, we received a call that a LeafFilter representative would be by to inspect the job. 1 starHORRIBLE BEWARE SCAM NO LIFETIME WARRANTY- “Patented filters” coming out of my home that are only a year old as well as the home. Contacted the service department two different times, whereas both individuals were rude condescending and even one laughed at me and asked me if I worked for leaf filter. After 10,000 in gutters they want me to pay 95.00 for someone to come look at the issue. The lifetime warranty is limited, it only covers clogs, and I stated to the gentleman on the phone that was initially rude to me, that maybe the filter is lifting up because there is a clog, and he proceeded to laugh at me. Why would I pay to have someone look?? Also clearly its an installation issue or clog as well as a scam because when you contact the sales department, everyone speaks like they’re from Disney, when you contact the service department for an issue they are rude to you because the line is not recorded and there is no survey to take at the end so they can speak to you, however, they want to. 1 starDo not call or ever give LeafFilter your phone number. I went to a home show in ********* on March 11, 2023. I mistakenly gave them my information and told them when I was ready I would contact them for an estimate. The next day they called me several times in a row and have been calling me several times a week from multiple numbers ever since. I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling me, but to no avail. I have tried blocking them on my phone, but they use multiple numbers to contact you. I can't get them to stop calling me and have filed a complaint with the *** and the ****LeafFilter Gutter Protection
