1 starI am so disappointed in Leaf Filter. The salesman came out on 9/22/23 to give his "presentation". He walked around the entire house and said there was nothing that needed to be repaired in the way of gutters, fascia board, etc. before installing Leaf Filter. He was very aggressive and wouldn't take "no" as an answer when I said I would need to think about it. He started with $8,000 and ended up selling it to me for $3,000 (unfortunately). A few days later an installer came out. Then the inspector came and said it had been installed incorrectly. The whole thing had to be re-done. I was told by the salesman and also have a warranty that my gutters would never have to be cleaned again. Not true. I've had to have them out several times to clean gutters out. One time I was at work and was told that someone had come out but found out later that they had not. The most recent person who came out to clean said it's because of the slope of my roof, something about gutters - and now I have some fascia board rotting. Now it is leaking in torrents in certain places once again. If the roof had a certain slope - I should have been told that by the salesman when he came out to do his "pitch". It's just false advertising by this company concerning what this product will do.

1 starI contacted them by email to ask one question, "Do you install the system on a metal roof". I did not ask for or want a price quote. I also requested a response by email, but ever since I asked my question I have been harassed with 2 to 3 phone calls every day telling me to call and set up my appointment for my estimate. Never have they answered my question. The calls all go to voicemail because I don't answer if I don't recognize a number. Every time they call from a different number so it doesn't help to block the numbers. I wouldn't consider doing business with a company that is too ignorant to read an email and just assume everyone wants a n estimate.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 star7/15/23--job #: ********. I am very disgusted about my installation of gutters. I wanted them all around my house, it was going to cost $7200. I did not have gutters so it was an easy on job. They came in Jan to install, 2 young men, not much older than 21. One with phone stuck to his ear and another that couldn't remember measurements from house to machine! No supervision at all. One man came later and sat in pkup, he put the filter on. They finished and left. We had been in drought for a year, well, drought over! They leaked over my front porch like a sieve, a few other spots, just drips. I called company out of Edmond, Ok. They come said it wasn't pitched right. After calling 3 more times sent a person, one older man, took off gutters and redone them. Still leaking between gutter and house. They sent another he came looked. He said the fascia was rotten and couldn't attach gutters. I asked why they didn't notice that, when they were putting it up. It was wrapped in siding and they didn't disturb to check fascia. So now I have a gutter with leaf filter falling down, a cement porch being pitted with rain and my front of house being soaked with water going up under shingles and they won't even give me the time of day. They took advantage of me being a single lady and retired. They also figure I don't count since they also have their money. All I want is for them to fix the front, put up new fascia and replace gutters. I would never do business with the company out of Edmond, Ok. that puts up leaf filter gutters. ****** *******LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThe installation was done professionally. We've had a lot of rain recently and it was nice to have leak free gutters diverting water away from the house the way it should be. I never had gutter guards before, so it is a good feeling knowing I won't have to climb a ladder again.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsTheirr employees were the best. They knew their jobs, were professional, they cleaned up and my yard look like it did before they arrived and made me feel like I was back on a jobsite as a GC. Retirement's okay but it's no jobsite.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsI just got Leaffiler installed a few weeks ago. Before I got them my gutters where overflowing everytime it rained just a muddy mess. They came and installed them tightened up all my gutters and new glue on the down spouts. WOW what a differents!!! No more overflowing no more mess and no leafs and stuff coming out of my down spouts. And thank you no more climbing on the roof every year cleaning my gutter because of neighbours big trees.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starPurchased Leaf Filter 12/20. Was not draining the summer of 21-called. They came and unclogged the gutters. Last year same issue...wanted 95 dollars to come and see what was happening. Today my 75 year old husband went on roof to see why the gutters were overflowing...noticed Leaf Filter screen buckling and more debris on top of system then before we had LF. Called "customer service" was told they would come and check problem for 95 service fee. Beware of Leaf Filter and their "lifetime guarantee".LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsPrompt response to inquiry...******* responded the same day, set up a visit, explained the process, scheduled installation for two days. The next day he called and said he could have a crew come that day. The crew showed up and went to work. Since then we have had a few rains, one with very high winds, and the filters worked wonderfully without any debris getting into the gutters.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI was very dissatisfied with this company they put their system up over a hole in my gutter which is why I called in the first place to get it fixed they cut one side of gutter to short so instead of fixing it they just folded a piece over the end of it they left debris all over my car and left nails and debris everywhere for me to clean up not to mention that they did this while I was at work when I told the sales guy what time I would be home it took a field trainer to come behind the first guy to fix it if I had this to do over I would never use this company nor will I recommend this company to no oneLeafFilter Gutter Protection
