3 starsHad our installation yesterday. If you are in the market, know that the work was subbed out in our case. The local contractor that installed the system was very good to excellent in professionalism and expertise but I can't help feel that we were oversold by the salesperson that came out for the estimate. A bit high on the bid for the finished product and I did not realize the work would be outsourced to a sub-contractor. My advice- Get a few estimates and check different systems when making your decision. We were sold on the "CSR" (clean, seal, reinforce) work that would be part of the installation. This was un-necessary in our case as there was no cleaning, sealing or reinforcement necessary for our installation. Our gutters are only 10 years old. I feel oversold as a result.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsThey completed the job on schedule and did an excellent job on cleanup. The gutters work great so far. My only complaint was that the sales person said they would fill in the holes from the old gutters, but they did not. I can only hope that this does not lead to any issues in the future.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThese guys are a bunch of scammers. They were no-show, no text, no email, no phone call and made me miss a half a day of work. I've had to get lawyers involved because they still charged my credit card. What they don't tell you is that you must cancel within 3 days of signing the contract, but they give you an install day outside of that period and don't show up. They sent their contractors the following day. They are not LeafFilter employees as they arrive in a beat-up personal vehicle and no identifying clothing. I told them I was no longer interested given their lack of communication on the day the installation was supposed to happen. When I attempted to stop payment through my credit card, they sent the credit card company only the part of the text that said I am no longer interested. I am posting here, sure because I am disgruntled but who wouldn't be when you see a $6100+ charge on your credit for services not rendered; but I am handling it. I am posting here hoping to spare other's from falling into the same trap.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsFrom the contact with the sales person,*************************, to the install of our new gutters and leaf filter by ***********************, it has been an awesome experience. Very professional and communicated every step of the way. *********************** was very knowledgeable and communicated with me every step of the way. It was 97 degrees and they didn't miss a beat.
