1 starAbsolutely a horrible place. I should have known when they dropped the price from ***** to 4500 in an hour of talking. The installer manager ***** was rude. Harassed me to sign something and told me they would never disappear. After 2 weeks of having the cover on my gutter the first rain in over flowed in out house . On floors we remodeled. Texted and called not one text even to acknowledge me. Now I have to do a formal complaint . I will call ******. It's has leaked 4 time in a matter of a month. Been trying ro return it since the install. Not on thing as been done They are horrible would never recommend it. BTW I live in a fair high end cul-de-sac. I'm still waiting for something to be resolved. Especially cause my floors are not finished and damaged the floorReview fromChristine B

1 starWe were given incorrect information at the time of contract. Was told your installers were company employees. When 2 non English speaking guys showed up at 10:30 am we could see we were getting the * Team. When calling the sales *** he refused to let me speak to his manager. For insurance reasons it is important to see the insurance the subs you used have as yours would not cover them. They left several screws on the ground. 5 starsI didn’t have any issues. The whole process went smoothly. In addition, ******** was on time and explained the process before starting the job. As a result, gutters were all cleaned out before work was completed. And, sales people did an awesome job explaining the work that would be done, as well as the lady vendor at Lowe’s in Cary, NC.
Today is February 12th, 2025, it is currently raining and the water is no longer dripping from my gutters due to debris before the work was completed. Issue resolved. ????

2 starsI have had the Leaf Filter system for just over a year now. I was sold on the fact I would not need to get up on a ladder to clean my gutters again. After a heavy rain, I watched the water pour over the edge of my filters onto our patio and driveway. When I called to ask what could be done they said they could send out a technician for $95 since it was past the year (mind you they advertise a lifetime warranty that is transferrable). The technician came out and had to clean debris from the top of the leaf filters. I asked if this would have to be done regularly and he said, "yes, most likely it would." The whole purpose of buying was to keep me from having to climb a ladder to clean the gutters. Now I have to climb a ladder to clean off the filters. **************** simply said they would pass my feedback onto management.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsThe salesman was very helpful in describing the product vs the competitors. It is a little pricey but I consider it a little life insurance since I dont have to risk a fall off the roof any longer. The installer was very thorough and did an excellent job. However, I did find a few screws and nails in my driveway after they left so be sure to look for anything before driving the car on it so you dont get a flat.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starWe have had leaf filter for 3 years now and I hate it. When the pollen flies here and then rain the leaf filters let the water thru but the pollen stays on top. This then requires me (63 y/o) to go up with my leaf blower to blow the pollen off the leaf filters. The water pours over the top of the gutters as it can't get through the pollen stuck to the leaf filter screening. We had leaf guard on our other house and we should have gone with them. Now I'm stuck with it. Buy something else.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

This is the response I received from Leaf Filter.Thank you for reaching out regarding your concerns. We apologize for any confusion or miscommunication regarding the maintenance of the LeafFilter Gutter Protection. When it comes to roof debris, this is a maintenance item to be taken care of by the homeowner as needed. Our system is designed to limit the amount of work involved with cleaning your gutter, not get rid of it entirely. If your LeafFilter keeps debris from entering and clogging the gutter's interior, it is operating as designed. How long have you given Mother Nature to remove the debris? Depending on local weather conditions, this can take several weeks or more. However, some homeowners decide to clear the roof instead during periods of heavy debris build-up to be more proactive. This can be done without getting on a ladder, depending on the height of your home. The first way would be to get a Roof Brush. A roof brush is a soft-bristled deck brush on an extendable pole that can reach up to around 2 stories, depending on the one you buy. They were originally intended to bring snow down off roofs, but they work just as well with leaves! Some of the more expensive ones even have a swivel head to make getting into corners much easier. The second thing you could do is get an extension arm for your leaf blower. These usually reach about a story, story, and a half. Both items can be bought from your local hardware stores or even on ******. Hope this information helps. There is no debris on the roof, the wind took care of that. Yes I would like someone to come out to our house and take a look. I would like it to be after the pollen has stopped flying so you understand what I am talking about. You literally have to get on the roof and take the leaf blower and pry the pollen off the leaf filters with the end of the blower.Review fromChristine N
