5 starsThey were great! The process was easy and seamless. I only wish I knew about the upgrade to have the upper downspouts integrate seamlessly into the lower gutters, instead of using the complimentary splash guards. I would definitely recommend!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starHorrible HORRIBLE. Please do not use this company. We had our system installed in May of 2023. We have had nothing but problems. The first rain we had leaks from several areas. They came out and said the one part was not installed properly so they reinstalled. Now the other side is falling down. I asked to speak to a manager the first time and they said they would have a manager call me back, I am still waiting for a call back three months later. I called today about the new issue and again they said they would have a manager call me back. I am not holding my breath. The worst company ever. I would not recommend this company to anyone.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starBuyer Beware - Company bullies customers about installation dates. Signed contract 8/30/23 agreed to install 9/19/23 date on contract. The installer call 9/1/23 to say they will be there to install gutters tomorrow 9/2/23. I said we will be out of town for labor day weekend, said we can do 9/5/23, day after labor day. The installer called his manager and then the salesman called me back to say, they did not have an opening on 9/5/23, so if you have someone there tomorrow at noon then they are cancelling and we will NOT install your gutters. I said well then cancel it! Then they said I need to cancel it myself or they could charge my credit card on file. WOW, WOW is all I can say. Beware of the bullies.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

We live on a heavily wooded lot and the maintenance of the gutters being handled gives us so much peace of mind and keeps my do it yourself spouse off the roof!! 5 starsI would like to acknowledge ************************* of the *************** office. We had gutters installed on our house that were not installed adequately and the professionalism was not quite what we had hoped for. Part of the issue may have been missing parts and fittings required for the job. ******* came to the rescue, not once, but twice to give us the fit and finish we had hoped for from the beginning !! A respectful, consciousness, hard worker that delivered !! Folks like ******* are quite rare today and it is with the greatest praise that we recognize his outstanding work and excellent service !!
