1 starAsked one question to a sales rep. They call me twice a day - including Saturdays and Sundays. If this site allowed pictures attached to reviews, I'd show you my phone logs. Every time they call, I block the number on my phone. They call back on different numbers. They've called me dozens of times. They will not quit. This is literal harassment. Please, for your own sake, do NOT ask the sales rep at Lowes any questions about their products.

1 starI called leaf filter for a quote. They sent two slick Willies to my house to provide estimate. I have 187 lineal ft of eave trough. When talking about the product the second guy was flashing prices of 12000.00, 10,,000.00 etc. slick Willie number one started out with a sensational price of 8,000.00 and then there were discounts. Discounts for various unspecified reasons. In the turmoil of the “ presentation” I lost focus. So I ended up paying 6000.00 plus tax for 187 lineal feet of screening. Eave troughs NOT INCLUDED. I have asked them for a copy of their mission statement ,code of ethics, statement of business conduct. NO RESPONSE. They will charge customers whatever they can ****** them for. I fell into the trap . Other people should be aware .LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 star1. Installed June 2022. 2 June 2023 there was significant pooling of water on both my south and north side of the porch roof 3. Contacted local service. Technician arrived and took photos of pooling. 4. June - Aug of 2023 I had no less than 10 communications with local team at LF. 5. Finally a regional service manager contacted me on Aug 8, 2023. 6. He insured a resolution to my request for a compromised refund. 7. Significant Boston rains this summer forced me to remove the filters to prevent the significant water from pooling on my roof 8. September2023 additional calls to LF culminated with a service rep in OH informing me the cas is closed. 9. I was informed I voided warranty by protecting my home due to a faulty installation. 10. THE REGIONAL SERVICE MANAGER NEVER AGAIN CONTACTED ME 11. NEVER DO BUSINESS WIRH THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE AN ALTERNATIVE. 12. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsLeaf Filter has been the answer to much of our water flow direction of our huge roof. The guards keep the water moving. The original installation was done by an experienced work crew and completed without leaving us a mess to clean up. The gutters function beautifully. When a fierce wind. storm dislodged some of our gutter guards , they were replaced with only a small service charge. The man who did the repair work was diligent about checking every part of the filter system and made sure that we would have trouble free gutters. Thank you Leaf Filter!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsBased on reviewing the product literature, my research, and the information provided by the representative, I would recommend this product to others. The gentleman that installed the system did a great job and explained every detail clearly. He also cleaned up everything and left my yard, as well as my driveway and large patio looking great. It was actually cleaner than it was before he started.The only criticism I have on the whole process (and it is a big one), was the "hard sell" used up front. It almost cost you the job! The representative that came to my home was insistent that I sign "on-the-spot". I explained that I needed to discuss everything with my wife before signing a several-thousand-dollar contract, and he suggested that I bring my wife into the conversation while he waited. I finally gave him an ultimatum of "you either give me the weekend to discuss everything with my wife, or the deal is off". He finally acquiesced and gave me the weekend. I then texted him on Sunday evening to let me know we accepted the contract. The sales process left a very sour taste - despite the quality of the product.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsLeafFilter has been great! The installation was fast and the cost was reasonable. Later a section of guard was ripped out by a severe storm and one of the downspouts torn out, they sent a wonderful technician who was prompt showing up on time, replaced the missing section, reattached the downspout, and reinforced some loose sections of LeafFilter. He was efficient, timely, and was easy to work with. The young man was very pleasant and respectful to this pair of old fogies.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
