4 starsTheir quote was higher than most others but I went with them because they are a nationwide professional company. I was a bit disappointed when the installation team showed up. 1 starThe product itself seems to be good and meet expectations. Initial install was fast and sloppy. Took almost two months to complete job as originally agreed. Final completion date is still not agreed on. My biggest complaint with Leaf Filter is that no explanation was given as to the terms for loan of 0% interest for one(1) year would be handled. No terms were discussed regarding minimum monthly payments with fee if not paid, or the use by Leaf Filter of a third party to collect and dictate terms of the loan... all of which I was not made aware of. In fact, I specifically asked the Leaf Filter salesperson if my payoff would be with them alone, and he agreed. On my original contract, a 4 digit plan number referencing financing was written in, but never explained. In my opinion, Leaf Filter's salesperson used unscrupulous, if not illegal methods, regarding financing on this loan. Since inception, I've contacted Leaf Filter customer service, who were just nasty, and the third party they used (Wells Fargo) for loan management... neither will listen to me, so will probably payoff loan as they dictate.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsLeaf filter - beware of the sales process and the desire to close - hold out for better pricing many times. Services promised were not able to be done. Product seems good but getting done if an adventure. Final price 75% of first quote.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
