1 starFilter **************** arrived around 12:15 Located outlet for them to use and at that time found that driver had taken their truck across the yard, becoming stuck. They attempted to unstick the vehicle resulting in deep furrows in the ground for the length of the truck. Attempts to free the vehicle resulted in further yard damage. They asked a nearby utility truck to try and pull them out of the yard, breaking the tow rope I had loaned them. After several attempts, they were finally able to get the truck back on the drive and out of the ruts. The lawn is in great need of repair. At the completion of their work, I inspected the work noting damage to the fascia in several places where the gutter was placed. Attempts by crew to fix the problem appeared to cause more damage. I asked that their supervisor contact me in order to find ways to correct the damage. I contacted sales representative, ******************* on three occasions, providing pictures of damage reported. Subsequently, following a rain I noted that the gutter in front was leaking pictures taken **** (Leaf filter representative) called and said that he was sending ***** (problem solver) out to correct damage. *****'s visit was set for 10:00 am Wednesday 9/13/2023 ***** did not show up at arranged time of 10:00 am and I called **** around 11:00 am to ascertain reason. **** not available and no message could be left (no voice mail set up). I called ******************* and he contacted *****. Received voice message from *****; however, returning his call has not been successful, I left message requesting that he contact me, but no response. Subsequently, I have attempted to contact both ***** and/or **** several times, but currently receive message that voice mail not set up... Still waiting for someone from Leaf Filter to address these concerns

1 starLeafFilter Gutter Protection sales tactics are unethical. The salesman started at a price of $16,200! The contract was $9,800 which seemed too high. He kept folding his papers so I couldn't see what he was looking at. I called a friend who got approx, 400 linear feet of LeafFilter for $5,300! After doing research on expected price for gutter protection, the price ranged from $6 -$14 per linear foot. I called and cancelled the contract based on the price being too high and unfair sales tactics. The **************** Rep told me my linear feet was less than 300 after I asked for the information. At 300 linear feet the salesman priced the job a $33 per foot; far over the $6-$14 range. During the sales pitch he stated they were not the most expensive!!! It is unbelievable LeafFilter would start with a price so overstated, like $12,000 plus!!! I was told the *************** manager would call be by 6:00 pm the following work day and I never heard back. Buyer beware of LeafFilter sales tactics.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsThe salesperson was personable and answered all our questions. The Mechanic didn't show up on the day told us, there was a mix up somewhere. The mechanic showed up and went right to work and showed us the photos of before and after. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Clean work.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starService technician was great!But on 9/24/2023 raining out and back gutter overflowing and dripping between back of gutter and house.Was not told about fee of ***** for service calls. Tach. was nice enough to tell me. Also, his boss was going to have salesman call me, he never did! 5 starsLeaf filter were professional and helpful all the way through the process. Plus we used our existing gutters because they were not damaged or rusted. Nothing went to the landfill. We were able to reuse what we already had which is very important to me. the cost was 1/4 what it wouldve cost us to take everything to the dump and buy everything brand new. From the receptionist on the phone to the installer all was helpful.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starLeaf filter installed thier product. Within the first 2 mths twice that it rained. Water has and continues to flow over gutter. Gutters are not clogged. We have seen "5" installers come out blaming the other for lack of knowledge and poor installation. After the "5" installer no one has contacted us. We would prefer a refund and they can take their product with them.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
