1 starIt has months since anyone has come out from LeafFilter Ridgeland Ms. location to continue repairs under the eaves of fascia/soffit board due to installation of LeafFilter gutter system August 2021. Rotting of wood over garage especially and kitchen window areas are getting worse w/ one excuse after another of why not coming out to fix and finish repair job which is under warranty w/ this system. ****** ******* ************ *** ********* **** ******* *** *****

3 starsInitial install was great! I had to have them removed for new gutters being installed. The removal was on time and as expected. The reinstallation was where I had an issue. I scheduled an appointment, and the workers decided they didn't want to put my leaf guards back on because I was working on the soffit. I just had all new gutters and facia installed and they left without consulting me about the soffit. I am not sure what the soffit had to do with the gutter guards. I text them that, I still want them reinstalled but they never responded. The second time I scheduled them, they did not show up and I had to call back for a third time. This time they showed up on time and got it done. It doesn't look as good as it did the first time, which is kind of disappointing.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsWe had a great experience with *************************. He was honest, clear and very down-to-earth. I've seen other things online, including LinkedIn posts from ***. LeafFilter is an extremely customer focused, professional company despite what you might see in a few other reviews (my guess is the 1-star reviews are competitor plants). My wife and I are extremely happy with the gutter cleaning and gutter protection we have received. It's a great product and an incredible value. 1 starWe had this installed in June in Rapid City, SD and i spent the rest of the summer trying to get the issues fixed. Now it is October and we just had a big rain, and the gutters are working worse than before we had them installed. I got a ladder out and there is a large amount of grit on the screens and the gutters are flowing over the edge instead. We spent a lot of money for these and i am going to have to clean them anyway. The only reason i am writing this review is to warn others, I honestly believe the installers that came to our house were hired off the street and had no idea what they were doing. Trying to get someone out is a chore to say the least, and they will try to charge you for a service call. I kept track of the communications I had with this company after the install, it was a total of ten calls/texts from June through August with multiple no shows. The way they advertise that you will never have to clean your gutters again, and then make the statement that you will have to sweep off any debris that doesn't blow off with the wind.. but you wont have to clean your gutters, is absurd. The point is to not have to get on a ladder.... Unless you have time to keep contacting them, you should not even consider this company, to say nothing of having to clean your gutter guards instead of the gutters.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI never made contact with them, but they started to call several times a day over a week ago, You can't block their number because it is a different one each time. 1 starNot sure how it works yet but the salesperson and the dispatcher arent as concerned about the best interest of buyer as I think they should be. The installers do their best but starting a 8 hour job at 12 noon doesnt make sense to me. 1 starLeaf Filter gave me an estimate for gutter repair, not installation of new gutters, which seemed a bit high. After I expressed some surprise at the quote, the representative starting applying all sorts of "discounts" and came up with a figure that was HALF of the original quote. However, I had to accept the offer right then at that time to get the discounted price!!I was being rushed to make a decision. Definitely felt I was being scammed. I declined.
