5 starsLeaf Filter is indeed a quality product with a quality warranty. Their staff from customer service, inspection team, sales and installation were all very professional. They were helpful in my decision making and I was very pleased with the installation schedule and final install work. I would definitely recommend them to someone needing quality gutter protection especially if there are many trees near the home.

1 starThe cost is the main factor. I was led to believe that my eavestrough would be angled to ensure draining, not done, installer said it wasnt necessary cause the covers would work for that. Maybe it would but I dont believe that. The salesman said they were all full of water. I already knew that. Were the down spouts cleared to ensure proper drainage, I think so, but not sure, I didnt hear or see. The eavestrough around the lower level entrance, the salesman said they were really too bent and hed have to send down pieces to replace. Didnt. The water stays in them. I know the installer said he sealed the corners that overflow and leak all the time, but the one at the main door still leaks day after a very light rain. When I actually saw what was being done, I could not understand what could possibly cost $10,000.00. Also, when the financial person spoke with me, I thought it was all approved especially when he said it needed to be installed right away. That told me it was a go financially. Now that its installed, I get a call that were not approved. Weird to find that out after its installed. Now I feel trapped into keeping it and having to pay $10,000.00. So maybe it should be removed asap. I will add, everyone was polite, but it all moved too fast, and being elderly, injured veterans, I should have said no, Ill think about it, its too expensive, but I wasnt thinking fast enough.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThe service was fantastic, great customer follow up, friendly and knowledgeable sales agent & installer. Product performs as presented, no more clogged gutters. Well have to see how the system performs over the winter with snow and ice build up, this would be my only concern going forward at this point.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starProduct doesn’t stop pine needle build up despite what the salesman said. Service technicians are more interested in leaving quickly than completing the job correctly. I had 3 different service teams on our house, and each one of them didn’t do what they said they had. They left with clogged downspouts, misaligned gutters (pitch not corrected so water continued to accumulate in the gutters, which caused the water to overflow, rather than going down the downspouts). Not correctly sealing gutter connections. Service manager did not send the correct instructions to the service technicians. Multiple cancelled appointments. “Experienced” technicians did not show up with the proper equipment to fix a problem. He also did not come back to inspect the issues despite repeatedly telling me”I will definitely be back to inspect what they do.”LeafFilter Gutter Protection

We understand that being a homeowner comes with many responsibilities and the last thing you want to do is clean your gutters. LeafFilter is considered "low-maintenance" because like any exterior part of your home, there is some level of upkeep required for optimal performance. 5 starsMy experience with LeafFilter has been very positive. The price was reasonable and the salesman who called on us was knowledgeable. He made a wise recommendation about both the size of the new gutters and the location of the new downspouts. The new installation alleviated a longstanding flooding problem that was caused by the old undersized gutters and the poor location of the existing downspouts. The warranty service department responded quickly to fix a leak between the gutter and the roofing drip edge.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsTheir representatives are out to get your money big time. They start by a quick look at your present gutters using your ladder, the start of their presentation of their great product, then hit you with a $8700.00 price for you home, then if you don’t like the price and they feel they’re not going to get your business they suddenly drop the price to $2800.00 IF YOU AGREE TO SIGN A AGREEMENT TO DO THE WORK NOW, when that doesn’t work, they hurriedly exit to their car and wait for you to call them back, and change your mind.. very tricky unprofessional salesman and company. I called their company by phone and told them what had happened and told them I was contacting the BBB in Fort Wayne, ind. and I’m filling compliant against them. 5 starsWell, I saw in a text or email that the charge to check my filters was $55. When **** showed up he said $95 (their usual charge). His boss,****, gave me the price I saw without objection. Also while *** was here, he found a huge problem with my metal roof that has been repaired. This is a Comoany that Ivwould recommend highly.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThe process was a train wreck from sales to final installation. First, the sales rep wanted the full amount up front. We wanted the gutters installed once the roof was put on which could have been months. I was able to delay the up-front money. Then, a crew showed up unexpectedly before the roof was on the house and wanted to do the job (gutters, filter and downspouts). I told them they had to wait until the roof is on, as per the contract, but they wanted to do it anyway. I had to talk them out of that. Once the roof was on the house, they did show up promptly, but wanted a check right then. I said I would pay when the job was done. So they put on the gutters, filter and downspouts but didn't hook up to the drain tiles. They said they didn't have the right adapters so ran tubes out into the yard instead. I said that was not acceptable or agreed upon but they said the job is complete and wanted payment. I went ahead and ordered the right adapters myself but before they came in, another crew unexpectedly showed up and did a make-shift adapter using caulk to fill in large gaps, since they were not the right size. They said they'd wait in my driveway until I gave them a check, which scared my wife. We agreed that I would deduct $100 for the correct fittings and paid them to leave.
