1 starThey will promise to come out and remove and reinstall when you need a new roof then when that time comes they try to charge your a 1/4 of what the install was to do it. They provide a good product but have their sales people making false promises .

1 starLeafFilter Gutter Protection is very deceptive. Sure, the filter keeps debris from getting into your gutters but the water doesn't get in either because of all of the build up of debris on top of the leaf filter. This is the LeafFilter claim: Gutter Cleaning Is Dirty and Annoying Gutter cleaning is a tedious, messy, and potentially dangerous task that you have to complete year after year. With LeafFilter Gutter Protection, you can end the hassle of cleaning out gutters for good.Fewer trips up the ladder More free time to do the things you want This is their claim but you still have to clean the tops of the gutter filter, which is the same as having to clean out the gutters. You still have to climb a ladder and it really more tedious than cleaning gutters because it is very difficult to clean out the debris between the roof and the gutter guard. It is a very tight spot and a lot of junk is accumulated there, which if not cleaned out will cause mold and roof and fascia rot!I have tried to contact the company many times and it takes days to get a response. Then someone comes out and says, oh yes, this needs to be taken care of. Then someone comes out and doesn't even know what they are supposed to do. They ask me what needs to be done. They piddle around a bit and leave and then I still have the same problem. I am very unsatisfied and cannot seem to get resolution. At this time, I am once again waiting for a call back. 2 starsNew found soft spots on my roof were found after the installers left. Also a full bag of nails found on the ground after the gutter install. I felt the price was premium and the service left my wife very unhappy with the mess she had to clean up. Many neighbors asked about the service as they saw me getting it, the product seems to work is the #1 concern for me, but not sure Id do it again for double the cost. Very pushy sales techniques, but again, the final product seems good.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsSales Rep was very informative and detailed in the process. I code the 6 stain free gutters. Installation was within a couple of days. Installers were on time, stayed until the job was done and very friendly. House looks great.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starLEAF FILTER sends their office people out on weekends to do repairs, that result from work they did 7 months ago. I am constantly having Screens pop out. They keep charging more and more to come to fix the screens, Their contract only covers some repairs. So from my experience with Leaf Filter you have to resolve issues with the person you have the issue with and the product is too expensive to maintain.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starWe installed Leaf Filter in '16/'17. The installers were nice & after 1.5 days our 3 story home was done. Late '21 I noticed slight cracks forming in the brickwork of our house. In the summer of '22 we had black mold in the garage & the cracks were bigger. The wood behind the gutters was also rotting away. We called a structural engineering co to come. We it would be a quick fix since it was only 7/8 mos that we had noticed anything. We were told that 17 helical piers are req'd to fix the damage from the rainwater. The Engineer pointed out the black lines on the gutters & drip trench around our house. Explained the downspouts & extensions (from Home Depot that fit on the end of the downspout &add a couple of extra feet) should have worked but h2o had just soaked into the soil, therefore the cinderblocks &below the foundation. Finally found the # for the N. AL mgr & explained. He seemed empathetic & sent a guy out. We greeted him & explained our concerns. Despite me speaking to the man, walk him around the house & ask questions he never replied to me. He spoke only to my husband. He explained that he would have to come back another time bc he didn’t have a long ladder to reach the third story of the house. He dropped by the house several days later, stating that he had finished with another job early & had the correct ladders, so he wanted to inspect the gutters. We told him he needed to wait for the appt bc we weren't home. He didn't show up for the appointment. I contacted the mgr again & asked him to come with a new technician. We set an appointment, but the mgr didn't show. He claimed that he never agreed to come to our house. The last technician concluded that the fault wasn't Leaf Filter but the roof. The overhang of our shingles isn’t enough to work properly with their system. No one could provide me with a reasonable/ logical answer for their lack of bringing that to my attention in the first place. After that none of my calls were returned.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starWe are very unhappy with work. They premised the best qualify. Job was done very poorly. They charge a lot for very bad job. Called every day to customer service and again they promised somebody will call us back and nobody call. It took them more than 2 month for somebody to come and fix the problem. They doing a lot of advertising. Please do not trust them.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
