1 starWorker showed up on time and was very nice. Showed up in an unmarked white truck, and had no badge or way to identify himself as a Leaf Filter employee. As he was unable to speak English. I was told by the salesperson that all of their installers were company employees so I expected more. Once I was able to communicate to the worker which gutters to install their product to, he began to work. But first he called his wife and began chatting. When I checked back 15 minutes later he was still on the phone. He was on the phone the entire 3.5 hours he worked at my home talking with family, friends, and kids. The sales person also told me that "their" installers would be cleaning out my gutters and downspouts before they installed their product. He first began shoveling out the gutter debris into my yard, then my bushes, and then throwing it onto my pool deck. Once I noticed this was being done, I somehow communicated my dissatisfaction and he went to get a bucket to finish the cleaning job. My sales person also told me that "their" installers would be going over their installation procedures and there would be a sign placed in my front yard while they work from which neither was done. I did contact my sales person via email and got no reply. So I contacted him by text and got no reply. So I emailed the company directly and the regional service manager called me by phone in a timely manner. He apologized and said they would look into the situation and use my information to correct the problem. No compensation or any discounts or refunds were mentioned. This was the most unprofessional worker that I have ever had work at my home in 40 years. I would recommend you choose a different company for your leaf gutter protection system. We had decided to have them do more of our gutters before they came, but changed our mind after seeing the lack of professionalism and respect to us and our home.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThis is 2nd time for me.The 1st time there was only one guy and he wasn't very friendly. He never left me anything.This time the guys were friendly and left me a way to to register the leaf filter. Also I couldn't register it online I had to call and register it. But the lady was nice enough after I told her I didn't get the information to register the filter the last to register it for me.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
