5 starsA big Thank you to LeafFilter for supporting our roofers and pool cage contracor schedules. We recently had our storm damaged roof and pool cage replaced - LeafFilter accommodated both contractors' schedule by removing the filters prior to start work and re-installed the filters around the house after the roof and cage was completed. LeafFilter employees were prompt - on time and very polite and courteous. Thank you again for your support and a job well done. 1 starWe had the system installed at our home in ********** CA. 7/28/22, very costly $4,200 for what we received. Not worth the investment. After 6 months two sections of the gutter rear receiver section's developed bowed areas allowing material to flow into the gutters. I called on 10/25/23 and was told the 1 year guarantee was up and a service call of $95 would have to be paid before a repair would be made. What a RIP OFF the salesman said lifetime guarantee no future charges for repairs what a gimick leaf filter is! I am going to post this on AARP so other senior citizen don't get tricked into thinking Leaf Filter do no charge you for future problems with their system repairs. I would never recomend Leaf Filter to anyone their product can develop bows in the plstic products they use. Also the manager at the Windsor Ca. never called me back to waive the service fee charge of $95 for the inferior product the rear receiver bowed in two sections, terrible customer service.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starWe are worse off with Leaf Filter than without it. We were assured the pine needles would be no problem. Yet, the leaf filter system clogs with pine needles every time it rains. When I call for service, they say the warranty only applies to pine needles UNDER the system, not those on top that clog against the system itself. Now, instead of having to clean the gutters twice a year, we have to get up on the roof every time there is a hard rain (twice so far in the month weve had them.) 2 starsAlthough the installer was a great guy and did a good job but, what the sales rep stated to me at time of agreeing to have this done was not done. Example: I was told they would make sure that the gutters were properly pitched as well as cleaning gutters and reinforcing the gutter with extra clips and none of this was done as the installer told me that the gutter was not pulling away from the fascia and the pitch was properly done when I had these gutters installed. The installer Did have to remove the clips from front gutter due too the clips gutter installer used bevel up and the leaf filter system would not sit properly which I understood and had no problem with that. The installer found a pile of leafs sitting in the front gutter where the opening of downspout was located and he did remove it which I gave him a hose to clean out the gutter. My point is that this sales rep was full of himself as I explained to him that the gutters were not pulling away from my house but he claims he was the expert and I explained I did the construction on my house and having building experience and no house my house was built as I did the work myself.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starVery dissatisfied, have had leaks and have not been able to get anyone to fix them. Have called several times and apparently clain they came when we were home and never saw anyone. Then they close the case as done. Several calls made and still repairs not done. Would not recommend them to anyone!!LeafFilter Gutter Protection
