1 starExtremely bad experience!I called them to install the cutter protection in my house, and a sales person came to look at it and give a price for the job.I decided to ficance, so they pulled my credit and I got a new credit card.They came the very next day to do the work (only one guy), the ladder was too small to get there. They sent another guy on the same day, but he could not do it alone, and I was advised the company would contact me.No one contacted me. When I called the sales person, he said that was informed thatthey can not install there, and offered to install in other areas of the house.I called 3 day in a row to try to understand what happened. They alwayssay that someonewill contactme. So far no one has called me back.Now I try to understand! a sales person comes over to evaluate the place and give a price, you sign a contract, open a credit card to pay them you discover that the salespersonevaluation worthnothing since he said that could be done and now can not be done. The contract is worth noting because it is completely ignored, and the fact that I open a new credit card for that is not a big deal.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starthe installers came to my house september 5th removed my old guttering and left without installing my new guttering.I called there office 5 times and my guttering still hasnt been installed. It is now november 12th and i am still waiting for my new guttering to be installed.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsSee my review on **********. LeafFilter is a superior product and the regional, ATL-based office was well-run. Our installer was excellent. He was reliable, professional, skilled, and a good communicator. The product and service was represented accurately by the sales representative and the office staff. Project turnaround time was lightening fast. Communication was always clear and always prompt. This is the 2nd house we've used the LeafFilter product and the ATL-based office. 4 starsWe are impressed with the quality but SHOCKED at the price quoted. SHOCKED! The salesman was quoted as being "very transparent", his presentation was very good. The price quoted was $17,000. WHAT? Whoa. We said NO. Oh, but wait. We get some discounts. Price reduced to $12,000. No thank you. "Oh, but wait, we can work with you on the price. What do you think would be a fair price." We told him our neighbor paid $4000. Now, salesman calls his boss. Boss checks what neighbor paid. Sure enough, $4,000 and neighbors hows needed more footage than ours. SUDDENLY, we were offered the salesman's personal "friends and family" price. $3,050. Wow, what a difference from $17,000. We went ahead with the purchase. It just felt underhanded. A little shyster like. Far from being transparent. We are happy with the product but felt awful that folks actually pay the high price when it can be had for far less. We wish the transaction made us feel good. The way they sell and price the product left us feeling less than good. We do like the product and hope this life long guarantee is true.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
