5 starsOur salesman was very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and he wasnt pushy at all. The installers worked efficiently and were personable. Cant wait for a heavy rain to watch our gutters work.

1 starThis experience has been a failure so far.I had my 34 year old leaky gutters replaced and filters installed. It took seven partial work days to complete the removal and install. The first team of ********** needed to fix a big leak on the upper level and were to replace a section along the front of the house that had bumps that were very visible. They did fix the leak but they hammered the bumps in instead of replacing. A Leaf Filter field trainer arrived to collect a check. We debated if the gutter had been replaced. I knew it had not based on pictures. He confirmed with the first ********** that they tried to repair and did not replace. The second team showed up unannounced on a Saturday morning to replace the gutter in question. No one contacted me about this and I changed my plans so I could be on-site during the rework. They had more attention to detail. Everything appeared to be in order and I paid the agreed to price. Today we had a light snow that melted quickly. I found additional leaks. I texted my local office contact with pictures and a video of the leaks. I was referred to an 800 number. The after the sale and install customer support is off to a bad start. Based on the above, I overpaid and Leaf Filter underdelivered. I cannot and will not recommend this company.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsI have no complaints about the product or installation. I don't know how well they will work long term. I do have an issue with the pressured sales tactics. I don't need strangers in my house for an hour and 45 minutes, along with having to listen to the long history of the product presented, perhaps to wear me down? Sales people should be able to provide a quote based on cost of product and labor. It does not take an hour and 45 minutes. I ended up feeling like I overpaid and was not at all satisfied with the experience. And, I negotiated down the original price quoted. When I said I wanted to think about it for a week I was told any discount was only available if i booked right then. If I had to do it all over, I would have kicked them out of my house and looked elsewhere.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
