5 starsExcellent start to finish. My wife and I had a conflict on the install date but after contacting the salesman he actually moved up the date. I felt sorry for the installer because it was raining at the time he installed the product.

5 starsOur experience with LeafFiler was very satisfying from the salesman who gave me time to consider and contact my family, up to the clean up after the job was complete. I watched the workman power vacuuming the gutters and sealing them. The long screws every 18 inches give me comfort after many years of hiring people to wash the gutters and nail them back in place. I now feel they are secure forever. They took pictures to show me how it looks from the top so I didn't have to get up on the roof to check. They are brand new and I imagine they will work as designed for a very long period of time.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 star1. Came to property before appointment in September with no notice.2. Failed to remove clog although gutter was DRIPPING BACKED UP WATER.3. Called for appointment again and told none available for 45 days for product that's supposed to be maintenance free?4. Showed up AGAIN with no prior notice. LOTS of clogging material. 5. 5 starsI was skeptical at first. ****** came to my home on March 11, 2023, and was very nice and gave me a quote for the installation, re-allignment and cleaning of my gutters. It seemed like a lot of money, but I knew I didn't want to have to get up on the ladder and clean my gutters. On Nov. 10, 2023, my leaf filters were installed, they did a great job, and I am very happy with the results. I hope that the leaf filter works for many, many years to come.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starNo commutation thru the company Sales person came to my house told me how much, I said ok lets do it get it to me in writing never got it. Six months later there office called me on a follow up call to see why I did not procede with the job and I said no one ever got back to me.Circle back to now they put up the filters and ton's of leaves stuck on my screen and roof so now up on the roof weekely, Bottom line sales person should alert you to the pros and con's.The filters are coming off and going in the trash NOT HAPPY.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsI'm impressed by LeafFilter's design and materials. I live in a 3-storey townhouse end unit. It took the LeafFilter team a couple of tries to get a ladder long enough to get up to the highest gutters and for a while it wasn't certain they'd be able to. The two guys who ultimately did the installing were competent, pleasant and seemed to take pride in their work. A good experience after a halting start.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starProblems with a bad installation. One of their own reps suggested repair and replace. Guys who came said there was no problem, pushed a few ends of sections back down and left. MOST UNHAPPY! Water will still get behind gutters, ends will lift again and allow debris underneath. Product might work if it is done right; mine was / is not.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI responded to the July 4th promotion on the Leaf Filter on TV. My experience with the Leaf Filter Company is that they defrauded me of $2,374.00 on 8/3/23 . They are not responding to my request for them to correct what their Installer put up on my gutter. They sent on 10/27/23 a follow up installer who went on the roof and he then looked at the contract and said “what they wrote on the contract is not what they did on the gutter. Also “what they did up there has to come down and a proper leaf filter to be replaced”. He said he could not fix what they have done. He looked furious and said “this is wrong “. I trusted that he will get things fixed because he sounded sincere and did communicate with someone about the matter. I decided to call the sales representative. I called him the second time 11/14/23. The sales representative is not following through with his promise to look into this, he promised twice to get back with me. I am reaching out to the The National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Angie’s List. The Leaf Filters Company’s Customer Service promised to contact the office for my area but there’s been no call from that office. I started communicating with their customer service department since 10/3/23,10/12/23, 1013/23, spoke with the representative who wrote the contract 11/10/23 and called him back 11/10/23 and emailed him requesting a clearer copy of the contract because the duplicate is difficult to read, I have not heard from him. They promised to send me the Warranty to my email and there’s no Warranty. I paid $2374.00 , for what? I asked the follow up installer to take a picture of the The upper gutter for me and he said it has no cover to it.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
