      The product itself s great. The salesman was knowledgeable. The one installer was friendly but there was a language barrier with his helper. They cleaned up debris in front of house but left a huge mess in the back. Not cleaning up is a major annoyance to me. I took pictures before I cleaned up the mess. Spent a lot of money for me to have to clean up ??

      The product was just installed, but I would recommend to anyone seeking a solution to keep leaves and debris out of gutters. The process was very easy from start to finish. The sales person was very knowledgeable, respected my ask to not pressure through normal techniques so common with this type of engagement. The technician was courteous and efficient and he showed me pics of the cleaned out gutters and finished project prior to asking for me to sign off. Everyone was very nice and the entire engagement was pleasant.

      The technician was fine but the overall issue of the filter keeping anyone off the roof is invalid. The leaves collect on top and stick.

      I did not receive my invoice or warranty. I was told i would receive an email with invoice and i never received anything. The installer did a really nice job and was very polite. I would just like some kind. Of warranty with installation date, please..

      If you plan on not purchasing from them and they have your phone number, they will constantly harass you with robo calls to no end. I have blocked 35 different phone numbers from LeafFilter and they continue to harass me. Don't give them your number unless you intend to buy.

      The sales rep was outstanding to start with showing up on time and replying to me, but as soon as the installation was completed, he stopped replying completely! I have already rated LF on another site where someone from LF replied to my review directly to the positive smaller portion, but Totally IGNORED my negative comments and concerns and the negative ones were NOT small concerns! So until SOMEONE FROM LEAF FILTER reaches out to me Directly, I will NOT be recommending them to anyone let alone family or friends!!!! And I would BET a lot of money I NEVER hear from them!       I was told by the service staff that it was recommended to have Leaf Filter remove and re-install the Leaf filter units since I was having my roof replaced. I had one previous service call on some product not working well and they charged me $95 which seemed very reasonable. I called them a week ahead and I was unpleasantly surprised at the very high cost of doing this work. They quoted $1600 for 200 linear foot of Leaf Filter work on a very accessible one story ranch home. Since I did not have time to pursue other options, I very reluctantly accepted. In total there was 4 hrs of total work including setup and tear down. How can you justify charging a customer that already spent $5K on the product to begin with and then charge $400/hr for service work! You have a good product yet don't lose your goodwill by gouging the customers.

      Sales team was very professional and courteous. They compared other similar products and provided pricing and were not aggressive in getting us to sign a contract. The installation team was very professional and courteous and made sure that a our plant beds were not distured during the installation process and they left the property as clean as they found it. All in all a great product at a reasonable price.
