3 starsEven without the salesperson speaking to the product, I completely believe in the product they are selling. The installer they sent out however, I am less than displeased with. I unfortunately was not home when they installed, but not all gutters were sealed (as was promised), leaves were thrown all over my driveway, porch, patio etc. and one of the edges on the FRONT of the house was not trimmed/tucked. All aspects but installation were great. Now for the process to get someone different preferably out to fix these issues.

1 starThe experience was by far the worst experience in any home improvement project in my 17 years of home ownership. This best describes my experience: deceptive, poor communication, bait and switch, absurdly expensive, rip off, product not what was sold to me, unprofessional after signing, embarrassing, slimy. I'd would never in my mind refer this company. My sales rep slithered right away like a snake in the grass after the sale. Installation crew was unprofessional, service crew was unprofessional. All around I completely got ripped off. I didn't not receive what was sold to me. I was charged $4,000 for an hour and a half install at my house (originally was going to be over $7,500!!!!! Joke was on me I guess. As a business owner myself I am so proud of how my employees and myself strive for good service in our organization. I could not imagine working for Leaf Filter knowing what they do to people. I would not be able to sleep at night. Again im truly embarrassed I invested my hard earned dollars with this company. To top it all off I expressed my concerns right after the install and they were never taken seriously.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThe product was well sold but the installation left a lot to be desired, specially when we found out that it could have purchased for lesser moneys. Installers were very late of the promised arrival time. Installers seemed to be inexperienced. Job is still waiting to be completed. Installer left a messy work site with screws and other refuses were left scattered along with dry leaves from gutters blown all over property and neighbors'. We have not received any communications from company as to completion of project after 3 weeks. Not a company that we would recommend.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsThe product does a good job but depending on the architecture of the house, there are shortcomings which are not realized at the time of sales/installation. The gables on my roof interfere with the design of the product. I get water flowing OVER the gutter and down onto my front porch and apparently there is no remedy. I wish I had been warned at the time of purchase. The remedy is apparently not the responsibility of Leaf Filter. All other aspects are highly commendable .... good product, good service. The installation occurred during a drought and it was months before rain revealed the problem.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThis company and all of those I worked with were awesome. From the young man who installed my system to the sales person who came to my home were great. I also need to have a little work finished that couldn't be done at installation due to rain. And so I called and they had someone out with in a day and they were super. I would recommend them to everyone looking for this kind of service.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsLeaves were thrown on the ground instead of being collected and taken away. I did not see any sealant being applied and was told it would be. My wife found 2 screws that were left behind on the ground and i found one in my tire that cost me 37.50$ to be fixed. So overall not very impressed.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsOne of the installers was more interested in chatting on the phone than doing the work. I picked up metal pieces an screws for a few weeks. They left other debris around the property. The south side of the eave’s troughs splashed on the new window of the porch, then after four or five recall visits I was left with a downspout with holes and a cross piece with sealant bulky patches. I also asked them to place the downspouts in a certain way initially and they didn’t. I wanted this done because my husband has had a stroke and in August fell and broke his hip. I was concern about removing leaves and debris from the eaves and decided to go with Leaf Filter. Needless to say I am very disappointed.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
