1 starLeafFilter installation changed gutter alignment, water now cascades off roof instead of into downspout. Informed by LeafFilter techs that LeafFilter installs 1/2 round gutters but will not correct the problem their install created with mine.Getting techs at my house required repeated phone calls. No heads up call to let me know they're on their way, not showing up on scheduled day, showing up beyond 4 hr. timeslot by several hours.LeafFilter Agreement (Job# PH1 (or 2? )******), 10/27/2023) states "Repair gutters and downspouts as needed. Realign gutters as needed. Install hidden hangers for reinforcement as needed". Clearly this was not done.A bad choice on my part, I will not recommend LeafFilter.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThis has been a terrible experience! There was NO attention to detail whatsoever! Based on what I had seen and heard as the work was being performed, its all about how many homes can be done in a day and not about doing the job correctly! There are still several leaks in the gutters! Its clear to me that leaf filter over promised and under delivered!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsHow quick the installation was. Felt sorry for the installer due to the 33°F weather when he arrived, but he said he was used to cold. Very professional. Easy to work with the sales department. Inpress with the reputation of LeafFiler states exactly what it does. Keeps the leaf & debris out of the gutter. Happy Customer.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThis is the best investment Ive ever done! The installation of the gutters and downspouts was top notch! The installation team worked especially well and completed the work in a few hours! The salesperson represented the company well, gave a reasonable price and scheduled the installation promptly (no waiting issue). 1 starI feel LeafFilter is an excellent product, but the salesperson was horrible. He overestimated the length of gutter to be installed so that it appeared my cost per foot was lower than what it actually was. When I challenged him about this on the day of the install, he texted "you caught me off guard and I wasn't prepared." Not a very believable lie considering you sell a product "by the foot." My guess is this is an approach you cultivate, as your salesperson said he "has a 60% close rate." I found it concerning that the first prompt on your Customer Service Number is "If you have a problem with your contract, press 1." Too bad!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsMy house is totally surrounded by trees, so understand that, as the leaves fall, the gutters will collect leaves OVER the gutters, but NOT INTO them. So it was wonderful for the Leaf Filter crew come to clean the remaining leaves left this end of season! I'm A Very Happy Camper Here! :)LeafFilter Gutter Protection
