3 starsBuyer Beware of Price deception! In Phoenix, AZ, recently the salesman for my residential project quoted the price at $7800. When I balked he ultimately quoted $2300, which I accepted. That's a $5500 price drop! My recommendation: insist upon the lowest price! Note: the installation crew was excellent with one necessary adjustment done very professionally. The gutters and downspouts are very well done. However, insist upon the lowest price, being aware of the overpricung quoted for my project.

1 starI was initially quoted 1500$ for 26 feet of half round LeafFilter gutter guards but after some resistance, they later came down to 1200$. The representative told me this job was not going to be an issue after confirming with his local supervisor prior to signing the quote. Upon installation, a nice and informative installer, *****, told me that the two options for my particular style are rough. With option 1, the guards would be too steep (in line with roof); and option 2, the guards will shed water back towards the house which would collect debris and chronically expose the facia to water. While ***** told me he needed to confer with other installers about potential alternatives, the regional manager (******) called me with a very confrontational tone asking me what the holdup was to proceeding with installation. Based on a picture he received via text, he explained that the second option was appropriate and pushed me to proceed. Given that his experienced installer on site had recommended otherwise, I did not feel comfortable proceeding. ******, the regional manager, then said that his first step is to fire his installer and tells me that they are packing up and abandoning the job.Based on the encounter above, I would not recommend this company. They provided poor end-to-end service and communication. The initial salesmen coming out for quotes had no installation experience. The leadership doesnt trust their own installers and the regional manager was extremely confrontational and rude. I will say that ***** (the installer) was professional. I appreciated his honesty about the pitfalls of what they had to offer and I hope there isnt repercussion to his honesty and experience.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 stars****** The entire experience was very pleasant, from beginning to present. We haven't had them for very long, but the sales person, the people who installed them and the people who we talked to and who came out when we needed to have a piece of the facet repaired where they had taken out a piece of wood, were all very reponsive, prompt, and efficient. So far we are very happy. While they were here to do the repair they even checked to make sure everything was working properly which it was. Thanks, ****** and ******LeafFilter Gutter Protection
