1 starThe original price was about three times what was finally agreed. Both the Salesman and the installer (who was subcontracted by Leaf-filter who apparently dont actually have crews, said we probably needed three downspouts but only two were installed. As we changed the color if the house by painting it we changed the gutter color. The salesman missed a different level of gutter, which I identified and notified them. When the crew got here they brought the original color gutters and did not know about the additional second gutter. They did send someone with the correct color material out. Even after discussion the installer would not terminate the downspouts with ***** but insisted on a flexible plastic. I regret not going to a local gutter company, both as it would be less expensive and they are the ones doing the actual work anyway. So I will recommend Not using ************ fir gutters.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starVery dis-satisfied and very unprofessional During estimate interview he always said even though you already know that but its mandatory for us to say by my boss he said 3 or 4 times then during install they hardly pulled on the gutters and said they were loose. We lost over $2K very unprofessional!!!!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsThe salesman was superb, however, close attention to the evaluation of our project was not completed which resulted in a workaround having to be done. Had I known this at the time, I would not have spent the money for the product because it truly doesnt solve my particular issue. I was very displeased with the subcontractor who was hired to perform the install. He tried to make excuses for why I wasnt going to get what I paid for, I had to check his work and call to his attention that he didnt complete an entire section of my home and generally didnt want to perform the work as contracted. The manager ultimately was able to resolve most of the issues but overall I was displeased with the experience and do not feel it was worth the money spent.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsThe sales agent was knowledgeable and helpful. This company uses independent contractors to do the work. The first ****** showed up and started the work. After 2 days he disappeared. We called the customer service line and asked for help and status. The communication from the company is nonexistent. If it were not for me complaining to the sales *** not sure what would have happened. The second ****** showed up and said the first ****** didnt put in enough screws and redid his work. They did not clean out the gutters very well at all, nor did they seal the gutter joints per the contract. They did not fulfill the written agreement we signed. We do not feel we got our moneys worth and it was very expensive $5000 !!!! I would NOT RECOMMEND this company.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
