4 starsI was intrigued by the idea of not having to clean our gutters and got an estimate from you. It was more than I anticipated compared to the cost of hiring someone to do the cleaning. However, that came in higher than anticipated and I subsequently got an offer from you cutting your price by more than half, so I accepted that offer.What I didn't realize was that your offer was only for the gutters themselves, not including the filters, the very feature you named your company for and advertised as what set you apart from others. This did not become apparent until the work was done and I inspected it. I felt blindsided and cheated, but your installer was willing to work with me to install the filters at minimal additional cost. Had I known the full cost in advance, I may have accepted anyway, but the overall experience was less than ideal due to this misunderstanding.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
