1 starHorrible installation and when I complained they said thats just the way it is. Big gaps between gutter and roof that didnt exist before they installed the filters. Expensive for poor quality. Never use these people.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI was not informed about the day and time of my gutter installation. I returned home from walking my dog to find a crew of 3 waiting for me. Temps were in the 30s, steady downpour. The lead fellow had a reasonable command of the English language. I knew immediately that this crew received no pay if they balked at fulfilling a "workday." They installed gutters during a solid downpour in 30 degree weather. They were not informed that the downspouts were to be brown, not green, which matched the metal roof. To meet that requirement, elements of the downspouts that were green were spray painted brown - yeah - I've taken photos. That 50 year guarantee ... And, how about that 50 year proprietary silicone caulking - does that hold true when applied while raining heavily?I will share my experience truthfully with others.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThe speed of consultation and installment. The knowledge of the sales team and skill with which they made me want the system. I knew I wanted gutters and I was 100% getting them before I made contact BUT was NOT prepared for the PRICE. The presentation made me feel confident in the product so the "sticker shock" didn't last very long. I have ZERO buyer's remorse. And the installation date was only 2 or 3 days after the initial request for information. I understand this is to help with people who change their minds but I hate waiting for something I want. Lol The service member who installed was very nice and did a wonderful job. I really wish all purchases and interactions went a smoothly and mentally reassuring as my experience with LeafFilter!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThis review is for the installer because I just got the system and need to wait a few months before doing that review. He was exceptional. Very through, did everything one would expect the installer to do and even some things I wasn't expecting to be done. I recently had a new roof installed and the drip edge was a little too deep so he realigned the gutters and added new hangers. I wouldn't have known this was being done but he did it anyway to make sure the system would be precise. All of the gutters were completely blown free of all debris and resealed. There many others small items that would be similar to this. One other there thing... the next morning I received a text from a gentleman who is the company's training director wanting to come to the house to review his work. I said sure, come by. This also speaks well of the company, in my opinion. He climbed onto the house and carefully reviewed his work, took photos, and reviewed those with me. He was also impressed with his work and said he was one of their top installers so I guess I got lucky in that regard. I believe had he missed a thing or two they would have sent someone back out to properly complete the install. That's just my opinion. Looking forward to the next big rain to check it out. lolLeafFilter Gutter Protection
