2 starsI purchased my LeafFilter Gutter Protection in April 2020... If I had it to do over again I would not purchase such expensive gutters from this company.. And I am still confused about lifetime warranty even when you sell your house... They also installed drip edge which took about four trips to finish that.. I did have lots of cedar elm trees.. And my roof does have steep valleys for leaves to gather.. But thanks to a tornado and mistle toe over half of my trees are gone... But the edges of the expensive gutter covers are really tacky looking because they are lumpy and not even.. With the tree leaves that get in the valley will clog the top of the gutters and the rain will go over the gutter.. Therefore has caused damage to property due to the force of the water running over the gutter due to leaves clogging the top of the gutter... Therefore ... During leaf season I either have to get on the roof and blow them off before every rain.. Note... NO MORE LADDERS.... OR... I have use a broom when it starts raining.. IN THE RAIN to get the leaves off.. Oh my... I get so excited .. Make my day... Note.. To old for this.. Also.. The goop from the trees does clog the screen on the gutters so they do have to be cleaned... Their we go again.. NO MORE LADDERS... But still getting on a ladder to clean my gutters and screens...LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsI was salesman **** was exceptional. He explained everything about their gutter system. He was also very very knowledgeable on the product and demonstrated how it works. He was professional and we agreed on a price. They came out the next day and fixed our gutter and so far it is working great with no issues whatsoever, I give *** fitter an A+.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThey gave me a price for the whole house but when the installers came they said two sides they couldn't install because it's dangerous to put the ladder. ******** called me and said he could give me a discount for the work, they did not do and gave me a discount . 1 starI contacted LeafFIlter reference installing gutter guards using their 800 number, and was promptly given an appointment the next day. The scheduler was adamant my wife be present for the estimate, and when I was contacted by the sales representative, he ask me the same series of questions concerning the presence of my wife for the estimate. The salesman arrived promptly and began to take the house measurements to give me the estimate. Once completed, he insisted on coming in and sitting down at our kitchen table for his presentation As soon as he started showing me other products and giving me, what I consider excessive pricing, I knew this was high pressure sales at its best. He said our house needed 208 feet of gutter guards, which would cost over $****** dollars, however he could give a discount of **% for a special offer. Of the three company prices he quoted me, LeafFilter was one of the lowest. I told him I needed to think about it as I had two other companies coming to give me an estimate. He continued to pressure me to make a decision, until finally I just told him he was wasting his time. He said he would check back later with me. He contacted me again that evening and reduced the price to about $****, telling me he was on commission, and would not be making any money on the sale. I refused again, he contacted me again the next day, and when I told him I went with another company, he reduced the price to $****, which was still $**** higher than the company I chose for a very similar product. Maybe it is because me and my wife are seniors, he thought he could sell us anything. Also, he really talked down to us like we were not smart enough to make a decision without his help. Something should be done about a company with this type of sales tactics.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsI was REALLY disappointed at the Salesman. I felt after signing that I got ripped off on the price and truly felt I was duped by the old car salesman method!I did not do my homework properly.
