5 starsThe gentleman, (****) that came to resolve our issue was extremely professional, courteous, meticulous and fast. He was a ***** contrast to the individuals I spoke with from Leaffilters corporate office and the local contractor both of which left me with the impression that they couldnt care less about my issue; I was just another unhappy, annoying customer that they were forced to appease. ***** actions and positive attitude are the only reason Im not going to post an extremely negative rating for Leaffilter and their deceptive so called lifetime warranty against clogging. **** deserves a pat on the back for a job well done and a pay raise.

5 stars*** from Leaf Filter did an excellent job and showed me the stages of his work from photos he took on his iPhone. Whenever he had a concern he would come to the door and ask me questions to ensure he was doing everything the salesman had promised would be done. 5 starsThe sales rep was very good at explaining the difference between LeafFilter and competing products. The installation was very quick and well done. The installer was good to check and repair/change any minor things I noticed, and left everything cleaned up like he'd never been here.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsThe gutters look nice and have been working well. However; the sales call felt like a ploy, with mega high starting prices and steep made-up discounts. The install team was very friendly and punctual, plus finished in impressive time, however they came unprepared, missing some of the needed materials. And the property was left with quite a bit of debris including dozens of screws and pieces of gutter trimming.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI was told that I would receive the full gutter and leaf filter installed and only received the gutters. Argued with your representative that I was told just gutter but that's not what I was told when I agreed to the installation. They gave me a quote for ****** . 2 or 3 days later I get a call offering to do the same job for ***** and I agreed. Work was done in a very timely fashion. I go to inspect the work and find that they only do gutters and no leaf filters.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsWe had Leaf filter redo and fix our gutters on the weekend. The first crew did a rushed job. The hidden clips weren't put in all around. They (Leaf Filter) main office? had ****** come out. My husband was extremely happy with this gentleman. He went above and beyond helping us and helped my husband put the gutter leading to the side of the house under the deck.
