1 starSales Manger is a liar and I didn't get what I was told . Tried to charge another 1000 dollars for roughly 60 linear feet. Scam artist is what you are . Had to hire another company to finish. 1 starThe sales agent gave me an original quote for the job. They did work and I asked him what it would cost to finish the job correctly. He gave me an estimate what the cost would be to finish the job correctly according to him. I said that was unreasonable and that I was not prepared to pay that much. They left the job and I had another local contractor come out and quote what it would cost to finish the work. His quote and what it cost me to finish the job was at least $700 dollars less than Leaf Filter. The contractor showed me his material and it was equal or better than Leaf Filter. The contractor did some other improvements and included it in his price. I believe "Leaf Filter" agent was trying to take advantage of me. Additionally he was rude and belligerent in manner when I didn't accept their quote.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsStill waiting to have a good rainstorm to check to see how (the second visit to fix a small portion of the gutter) the small section of gutter now functions. Hopefully no more leaks!All in all, the installation was done in less than half of a day and no issues with the installers. Old gutter was aligned and strengthened and even an old downspout was corrected.The salesperson, *** *****, was perfect; pleasant, informative on the product and all the details concerned. I'd say the whole experience was well worth the cost.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsThis is from my survey from LeafFilter Dealing with y'all is almost impossible and left me with no certainty that I was being heard or that anyone cared about the customer experience at all. I do not have enough experience to know if the product is of value or not. Rain was overflowing the gutters the same day it finished but my drain pipes have not been cleaned in a while which makes me withhold judgement on that. I will have my drains cleaned out within a week or so.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

You have no interest in improving your sales or servive. You missed two appointments with me but I bought your product anyway because I had an interest in it and your salesman was good. But you didn't ask about the problem. Guess you are too institutionaized to ask your customers questions they can actually reply completely. If you aren't going to give your customers a chance to reply you won't likely improve.
