5 starsThe installer *************************, was wonderful. He took the time to explain everything to us and went above and beyond with the cleanup. Took full photos as he went along in the process. He also listened to some concerns we had and was able to successfully alleviate all concerns. Another job well done.

3 starsThe roofer took off one of the guards, when LeadFilter was contacted they said I broke the Warranty and charged me $1,190 to replace all 2 and a bit gutters. This process took 4 months. No one turned up to install on the date they gave me. It took several calls before the salesman called me back. Finally got new gutter covers. The installer was very professional and cleaned up after himself. Also disposing of a dead Squirrel who got into the gutter that was covered. All in all not a good experience all round.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsThis company is a scam. Initially in 2022 I had Leaffilter come to my home. We went over everything, got a written quote and I hired them. As far as I know, the install was smooth and my gutters do their job. They did not do anything on the second floor at this install. After much rain and my front door frame rotted out from water damage, I called Leaffilter out for another quote.A young man came out looked at what I wanted( at this time 2 gutters on second floor by front door. He made a call and verbally quoted. me 2k. I commented that seemed a bit steep for two gutters. He replied, Well the guys have to go to the second floor. He said I would be contacted about an install time. I waited 1 week no call. I called Leaffilter back, they assured me someone would be contacting me this day. Another week no call. I called agin, they said someone would call right back, 4 days later no call. I called another company, they gave me a written quote, same rain guard style gutters plus a third one in the upstairs patio area. This cost ****** less than leaffilter and they had no comments about doing the second story.I have heard this company contracts out all their work so you never know who you are getting or, how well trained they are in install. All my questions were answered and the product was installed efficiently with all excess material cleaned up and taken away. Their process is streamlined and took practically no time to install.
