4 starsThe 2nd team that arrived were much more professional that the installation team. They addressed the handful of issues the previous installers neglected or overlooked and inspected the entire system for any that I was unable to see, due to the height of the roof.Review fromJuliana G

1 star**** is growing in my sealed gutters and I was stood up by the person sent to determine if that was covered by my lifetime warranty. Biggest mistake I ever made for such an overpriced home improvement. ***************************LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsFrom requesting online for quote and meeting with ************************************* to explain product and how it works and the materials used and warranty to our final stage of the installation by Mr. *********************** who notified us when he was on the way and arriving to do a spectacular job. Very exceptional and knowledgeable at his trade and job skills.young man. Carried out all the many steps of his job in a timely executed manor from start to finish. Explained all the steps to me before signing of final documents. Mr. *********************** is a asset to your company and to have in our world today. 1 starLeaf Filter salesman ***************** gave an estimate with new end caps to be installed. The next day the installer came out and said the end caps he had would not fit, but called office and they would take care of it. ***** said she would have someone to come out. A NO SHOW. ***** made new appointment and again a NO SHOW. Made numerous phone calls to ***** and No answer and left message still NO return call. Finally two guys from Leaf Filter showed up and cut the top of the end caps off. LOOKED TACKY and still does. After phone calls to Leaf Filter headquarters, ***** called and said they could not replace end caps and would reimburse me $80.00. Still not satisfied I asked ***** to have District Manager *********************** to contact me. He called and said he would have inspector come out. After about 3 weeks inspector looked at job and told me there were issues, but refused to tell me what they where. He said the company would call me. I waited a mouth still NO PHONE call. I called District *************************** about the issues and I am still waiting for a response.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starPurchased leaffilter in 2019. Took them 8 hrs and i have a small house. In 2021 the system was filled with debris. I called and they wanted to charge $95 to look at it. They came out and had installed it all wrong. It was pitched the wrong way. So they agreed for that contractor to install it correctly. There is only 3 sides . Well now its 2024 and went on the roof. i noticed they did not do the tall side. Its even a different color. I called them and of course they want $95 to look at their incorrect installation. Also on the corner caps their is no screen. They hire incompetent contractors to install their product. Not happy The salesmen said they use their own properly train installers. A ************. Beware of their sale tactics and poor installers.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
