5 starsThe Leaf Filters were installed quickly by ******, their technician. He cleaned and sealed the gutters. Took pictures before and after the installation, and cleaned up the area. Very nice young man ! From salesman to completion, it was Great !LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starLeafFilter may be a great product but the installation that was done by a local installer was terrible. The entire gutter was installed using only metal straps which were screwed down on top of the roof shingles. The straps are crooked, some stick up and they look awful from the street. When the Salesman did the presentation, he stated that our garage/***** were not an issue and they could do the job. We were shown the wedges and T-brackets that they use for installation, we were not shown any straps. If we had known that the gutter would be hanging by only straps, we would not have agreed to the installation. We did however, sign an Installation waiver that allowed for the use of wedges, T-brackets and straps if necessary but that was not how it was presented to us. The gutter installed is twisted and looks unprofessional. Our neighbors have noticed and commented on the poor installation. We are now getting quotes from other gutter companies to come fix what we were left with.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsbought leaf filter 5 years ago. now we need a new roof. leaf filter wants $1600.00 to remove and then replace approx 291 feet of their product on our 3 bed/2 bath raised ranch. they wanted $95.00 just to give us an estimate. roofing company won't touch it. very disappointed in this company. i think at this point we may just have it taken off and junked.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starIf I could leave negative stars I would! Im so angry with this company and the way *** ******** sold these gutters to us. *** promised us 24 months 0% financing. Told us we get our gutter cleaning and a life time warranty with the purchase. $5850 total. So we agreed and *** ran my credit and said we got approved for the 24 months 0% financing. Now our first payment is due and we are told by the company that gave us our loan that no promotion was applied to us and we have a *****% interest rate!!!! I have called leaf filter several times and not one person has called back. Then we saw *** at a restaurant and told him what was going on and he gave us his card. Fast forward to yesterday, *** called me and instead of saying Im so sorry about this, let me do everything I can to fix it he says to refinance my loan to get a lower interest rate. At that point I told him to come get the stupid gutters off my house! My husband and I have ring cameras on our home and in our home! *** was recorded when he told us we got the 24 months 0% financing. If this is not fixed on their end Im taking Ray and the company to court!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starAll my debris sit on the gutters and then forms a solid barrier so water runs over the gutters and they do collect debris in the filter which you manually clean twice a year. Very little water now enter the gutters due to the solid layer of debris sitting on them. Now back on the ladder clean the leaf filter system this was not my plan. Next door neighbor has the gutter helmet and never cleans anything always clear!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 star****************, ** Install:The initial team they sent out to do the install on Monday 4/14 had no idea what was going on (I later learned they sent the wrong team). After the first mistake I was offered a discount so I moved forward with LeafFilter. The second team came out on 4/16. They did not complete the job, left a mess, yelled at me repeatedly and told me it was their first LeafFilter job and my issue with the company. The grime from the old gutters was dumped and left on the ground, metal scraps were left in the yard, pieces of the old gutters were left on the house and in the yard, only some downspouts were attached. The contract stated all gutters would be reinforced but only some were and some were screwed directly into rotten wood. The crew returned to explain but I was on the phone with customer service and had already been yelled at by the lead installer over the phone. I was instructed to ask them to leave the property. The lead responded with rude hand gestures.An installation manager called this morning 4/17 letting me know an inspector would be by today. He also informed me that the previous crew has completed many jobs for LeafFilter so I cannot figure out why they were so rude, unprofessional, made comments about my appearance AND left a job without finishing then called to yell and gaslight me after I made a complaint to customer service. Because ********************** sent someone back over today to inspect the job, and ultimately finish it, I wanted to reflect that. The inspector said it would take about 5-10 minutes to take photos. He then spent 30 minutes installing the missing supports, cleaning up the mess that was left, taking down the last bits of old gutters, sealing areas that were missed and attaching the downspouts properly. After, he did a walkthrough with me (5 stars for him). After seeing other local reviews regarding poor installation in this area, I am hoping the new gutters dont fall off now that theyve been properly reinforced!LeafFilter Gutter Protection
