1 starYou have a good product but your high pressure sales methods are dishonest, misleading, and downright wrong! Your company should be ashamed of themselves. I was quoted $5,200, then *****, then settled at $2,000?! Pretty big difference. You prey on people who dont shop around. That is your reputation all over the internet when it should be about your product.

1 starTwo years ago, we purchased the Leaf Filter Gutter Guard system after a sales agent thorough explained and seemingly addressed all of our concerns and issues. Once installed it was very apparent the issues had not been resolved. A key element to that was a promised downspout that was not place. They have come to our home three times and made some adjustments but have been unwilling to honor the downspout we were promised in the original contract. The issue is severe, causing rot and damage. Our gutters overall do not appear to be any better. We did in fact already have gutter guards. Our gutters were the issue more than the guards and none were replaced. We spent TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS on this Leaf Filter system. We are very, very disappointed and feel we should receive a refund or additional work, and the work promised to be completed as we were told. We cannot and will not recommend Leaf Filter. Nice people but we have not gotten what we were promised and certainly not $10,000 worth of work.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThe man who cleaned our gutters did an extremely thorough job and stayed way longer than what the timed estimate said to expect. He did not leave until the job was completely done, then took care to explain what he had encountered and all that he had done to straighten out our gutters, which had not been cleaned in literally years. Since the completion of the job we have had two major rainstorms, and those gutters are working better than they ever have!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThey had a great sales pitch, but we just had our first rainstorm after installation, and the gutters are leaking in a number of places. Installation was oddly unprofessional, and there was absolutely no follow up. No invoice, warranty, etc. No paperwork. Not even a follow up phone call. Just a notice that they had charged our credit card. It seems like a fly by night operation - I don't even know who to call to get the problems fixed.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsLeaf Filter works fairly well, but the roof valleys still get clogged with leaves in the fall and seeds (maple and poplar) in the spring, so they require some maintenance at least twice a year. I could swear that the salesman assured us that we were entitled to 2 free maintenance visits a year. This assurance was reiterated by several service techs that I dealt with. Then when I called to set up an appointment this spring, because the gutters were running over from maple seed clogs, I was told it would be a $95 charge. So I declined. I was told that a service rep would contact me about this charge by the close of business next day. Never heard from anyone, until a technician showed up, unannounced, and took care of the maintenance at no charge. That was good, but I am left wondering what kind of company am I dealing with that engages in such bait and switch practices. I guess I'll find out when I call again in the fall.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsI spent a lot of money and my gutters still have leaks. They drip on my porch furniture when it rains and it doesnt have to be a hard rain either. Also noticed dripping on the side porch by the grill. I thought this would be resolved.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
