1 starDallas ***** Today, ***** came to my home to give me an estimate on adding new gutters & getting LeafFilter system installed on all of them.First he showed up 45 minutes early which would have been ok if he had called me from his car so I could have secured my dogs. He didn't. Rang the doorbell as I was on the phone with another ************* I had dogs barking, someone at my door, & having to deal with all this.We start walking around my house talking about what I wanted an estimate on. He started in on his **************** told him my parents have the LeafFilter system, I know about it, I've seen ****** am sold on the system.After measuring, he returns to his car to work up 2 estimates for me. 45 minutes later he reappeared from his car. 45 minutes to create 2 estimates???Now it is raining, I have dogs going nuts inside because of a stranger, & we are standing on my small front porch. And he starts up again on his sales pitch & showing me the product - not sure what part of my parents have this, I have seen theirs, I like the product - just need cost he didn't understand.He finally got to the estimates. They were final numbers with no calculation on how he got these costs. With my 10%/20% coupon, he took the 10% off & said that is the estimate cost that is good for a year. And then the 20% discount, that amount was only good for right NOW, TODAY! I thought this pressure sales technique, hot boxing, was illegal. I thought everyone would get 48 to 72 hours to agree. Not standing on a small porch in the rain with dogs barking. Even with all my discounts, I was still looking at 12K. As I said, I was already sold on the system - but after that pressure sales tactic, I told him he just lost a sale. Pressure selling turns me off, it is not right & I slammed the door in his face. I thought maybe he was a rouge salesperson, but after reading many Yelp reviews I see that is how they conduct business! Two hours of my life wasted on thisLeafFilter Gutter Protection

On install, **** took the time to communicate and explain processes and any issues that came up-which there really weren't any. The install crew was clean and efficient! 1 starTwo years ago I purchased leaf filter under the promise of the salesperson that I would not have any more gutter problems. Recently I added a room to back of my house. The contractor discovered a very prior installation and a debris and a build up of sum which would cause water to go behind gutter in time. II contacted leaf filter. The person that came out said that sometimes the guys don't clean the gutter out properly that install it. That person did not clean the gutters out while checking it. I was not told that me a senior would still have to do maintenance on the leaf filter. I would not have bought this system. I had to have the leaf filter on back of my house replaced. I think leaf filter should reimburse me for part of this overpriced system.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 stars********, a sales representative, explained everything in detail. Installation was 2 days later. The guys were able to repair a small area under the filters the same day.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsThe system looks good. But they didn't do everything promised . After the first rain I noticed water still runnig behind the gutter not all the way in the gutter.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
