1 starDO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! What happened at my house was not what was represented during the estimate. With a finished professional landscape, my concern was all the debris from the roof and gutters would wind up in my flower beds and gardens. I was assured that the debris is pulled out by hand and bagged as they went and the gutter was wiped clean as they went along. What I came home to after work was exactly what I fearedall the debris littering my freshly cleaned deck and patio furniture, covering my front stoop, my potted flowers coated in all the roof debris, wads of debris hanging from my ornamental ****** horrible mess. I was told they would clean it, but their idea of cleaning it was blowing the debris from one place on my grounds to another and not even addressing the garbage on the plants and in the beds. The techs were rude, didnt speak English, and told me it was my fault that I had so much garbage on my roof. The over-inflated price was something I was willing to pay since this product seemed superior to what else was offered, but the service we received from this crew added a huge ******************* to the overall experience. I have hired many companies in my life, but this company should be ashamed of what their workers are producing that blemish their reputation.

1 starLeaf Filter does not stand behind their product. We had them install and entirely new gutter system with their gutter guards two years ago. It was quite expensive. They used a subcontractor to install that had no Leaf Filter insignia or identification on their vehicles or clothing. Shortly into the first year, we saw an area of the gutter that was leaking over the side during rainstorms. We called the local office and they sent someone out who added additional hangers and secured it. A year later during heavy rain, a whole section of the gutter pulled loose and water was pouring out. I called Leaf Filter and they sent out a repair crew who told us that they needed higher up approval to do the repair. They also said we didn't have enough downspouts installed. The manager who came out tried to tell us that the gutter was coming loose because the fascia board was rotten and we would have to pay $450 to have everything fixed. I got a second and third opinion from a roofer and another gutter company. They told me the wood was fine but that the screws used were too short and not enough hangers. and that a downspout was needed in the middle. Water and debris were gathering there. I feel that since the whole project was done by Leaf Filter in the first place, they should be the ones to fix it at no cost. The manager also lied and tried to place blame on us. I am having the local gutter company secure the gutter and install and additional downspout for $100. It is also leaking water behind the gutter in front of the fascia board, a definite combination for rot. There is still more work to be done to make it work right! They DO NOT stand behind their work and product. For what they charge its not worth it. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!! They also left a mess of dropped screws all around the house after installation.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsHopefully all is good. Time will tell, the young man was very polite and did the job. He showed me the end pictures and from what I could see they looked fine. I do believe he should be wearing your logo shirt tho so people would know that he was from your company or even a logo on the truck.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
