1 starDo NOT trust this company. They will trap you into a signed agreement then promise you the moon. I signed up using the company they provided for financing and as soon as the application when through, it was not at the interest rate they promised. The sales **** ******* was still at my home when I opened the email from the financier and the rate is actually ***** and NOT the 2% as she said. She said she would check into and get back to me. Never heard from her. On the 3rd day after signing the agreement I called and left her a voice mail that I wanted to cancel as she has not done as she said she would. Still nothing from her. Today is the 4th day and still nothing from her. I did email her and let her know I wanted this cancelled. I don't do business with people that are dishonest as she has been. DON'T FALL FOR THE ************************LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsWas supposed to be under warranty but had to pay $105.00. That to me is not under warranty. The service technicians were prompt and did a good job as far as I could tell. They checked all screens and fixed seven of them. Emailed on a Friday and they were here the next Wednesday. The service was superior. The only grip I have is about the so called warranty.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsI have had an issue with the installation that has not been addressed as I was told it would be . The product is not functioning currently as it was advertised due to being covered by shingles. We were told the installation team would be back to correct the issue and after nearly 3 weeks that has still not been done.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsVery fast, install done in one day, I am disappointed that there were no ends put on the spouts, just a little curved peice to direct it away from the house, not where it needed to go where the drainage was already set up. Some places the install looks like i could have done a better job. My husband was lied to when he called about our setup, he was told i knew what war going on and I was ok with it, they started working at 10 am and I did not talk to them until after 1. Parts that were installed don't fully do the job they are supposed to. It's supposed to be virtually impossible to see and I can see it in more than one place. Cleanup was terrible, the just dumped the old gutters in the garage, the stuff in them was just dumped where it was and it's a mess.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsThe technician to come out and fix the issue was great. He did a wonderful job. However, I was not as impressed by the original installer who did not speak a word of English. But overall, I am satisfied with the product.Again I would like to emphasize how pleased I was with the service call and the technician who did the work.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
