5 starsSales representative was courteous and NOT pushy. He gave the details and let us decide for ourselves. The ***************** was professional in that they were respectful of our property and toward me and my wife. They arrived on time and completed the job within a short amount of time. The pictures taken show how well they installed the filters. We expect that the warranty will be handled just as p[rofessional if we ever need it. So far, we are pleased.

3 starsIt took 3 appointments for the work to begin. First one, they arrived at 2:15pm for a morning 8-12 appointment, and they said they could do the job in 2 hrs; second time they arrived in morning, looked at my gutters and said they brought wrong size materials, and couldnt start job; third time 1 guy came and worked 9 hrs for 2 days to do the job.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsThe name Leaf filter is not totally accurate, because because this product does not do anything about pine needles. They actually get stuck in the mesh, and once they do they keep multiplying. Leaves probably good. Slot of money for nothing!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsOverall not too bad of a process. The initial quote was astronomical. After giving pause on the initial price the sales person dropped the price to a significantly more reasonable quote in alignment to what I would have expected from research. This is really the reason for the 4 stars, it would be nice to not have to do the price negotiation dance.The installers were exceptionally professional and very nice. We have a concrete tile roof, and they knew how to navigate that sensitive roofing material without breaking it during the install. We have a 1 year old house, so the team did not have to do much additional work as the gutters were very clean and in good condition already. We got the system to keep birds and other pests from nesting in the gutters which was becoming an issue, and I did not want to have to keep removing the nests.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsThey were very honest about what I really needed and did not recommend doing areas that didn't need it. Installer was professional and very helpful. I'm glad they told me that if their product was ever removed (for cleaning or roof work), the warrantee would be voided. Salesman did keep giving me a discount when I told him I was 86 years old and the price was too high. He finally said that it was eating into his commission but that was ok. I appreciated the discounts, but it leads me to believe that the original pricing is way overpriced.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
