1 starThey were supposed to show up between noon and four for a repair on gutter toppers that had been put in two months ago andThey never showed up or called that they werent going to be able to make it. When I called them to find out what was going on a manager was supposed to call me back immediately and I still havent heard anything two hours later

1 starLeaf filter tells customers they give a lifetime guarantee. They do not honor their contract. My first installation for gutters turned out to be a horrible job. After many phone calls they did end up coming out and changed the gutters . Admitting they were not put up properly. It was not long after installed the 2nd time that when a rain came the gutters flowed water out like a dam being opened. After phone call, after phone call with no answer or returned called I finally told them i needed a quote for gutters and they came out the next day . This is how i got their attention. So They sent someone out to look and they told me the roofer is the blame for the gutters not working and they will have to charge me. Forget the life time guarantee. Now the rain coming out of the gutters are causing damage to wood and concrete.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThe salesman knew his stuff, evaluated my current system, asked about my concerns and he redesigned the downspout locations and styles to eliminate the flooding and erosion I was experiencing. I had 2 other bids, both were less expensive, but they didn't put in near the personal are that your people did. Also, when I read the reviews of their products, there were many 1 and 2 star reviews regarding both the product and service. In addition, your installer team was amazing. They arrived on time. Started right away, discussed everything before beginning to be sure what they were going to do was exactly what I was expecting. They stayed until completely finished, even having to set up flood lights to complete the job the same day.only minor annoyance, the price gimmick of giving the base price at some outrageously high quote, then doing all of the discounts..seemed like ****** from ******** getting the "nice face discount" on the street armoire. But I suppose that works with people who are totally price oriented.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsPushy sales *** who verbally makes and writes down quotes that are not correct. Knowing I needed to ***lace my roof in the near future, I was quoted $75.00 to take down and ***lace the system. One month later per customer service it would cost $500-$1,000 for that service! The ***resentative clearly scammed me and if he truly cared he would've suggested I wait to install until after the roof was ***laced. He obviously was more concerned that he made his quota and also stated his boss was wanting an answer on the sale.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsRegarding the process of getting information (first at *****), to contact by the local representative to the install went like clock work. So far the leaf filter system seems to work fine. My concern was pine straw. But so far, after two weeks post installation, there is no signs of pine straw getting hung up on top of the screens.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starPoor install, I was told I would never have to clean my gutters again of debris on my back patio. they installed the gutter guards on a back angle and not its causing debris to gather and block the flow of water from rain. I still have to climb up and clear the debris. The salesperson in my opinion, was in a hurry for a commission and to get me to sign, obviously rushed and did not want to address it. Once the installer was done I questioned it. The installer told me it will be fine. that was three seasons ago. The main reason I reached out was the back gutter. 2 starsI bought gutters from Lead Filters in March, 2025. The salesman was nice, but became increasingly agressive when the estimate was given. He said they only come out once, and this was my only chance to get this " deal," which was $4,000 for a 2 BR patio villa- not including the back of the house. After much discussion, I signed the papers, even though I said I wanted more estimates. It was a very high pressure sale and I felt very stressed out. . . I regret not getting more estimates.
