1 starHow can a company go from $11 grand down to $3500? We were lied to on how the process was going to be done and how it was exactly done by the installers. I had to call 3 times and threaten to call the attorney generals office to file a complaint if I didnt get a response back from them. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone due to their dishonesty.

5 starsI have had Leaf Filter on my home for several years now. And would recommend the product. For decades I had to fight with very clogged gutters that would get choked with debris throughout the year. This would then be exemplified as water poured everywhere during a rain storm. Thankfully. I do not have that problem any longer. I have many large Crepe ****** trees in my yard though, and during their blooming season millions of blooms fall that will overwhelm any other system, including Leaf Filter. Such blooms present even more of an issue if they are allowed to accumulate, then get wet via a rain shower. Finally, accumulated wet blooms will turn into a hard cake if allowed to bake in the sun, In my experience, Leaf Filters claim that you will never have to get on a ladder and clean your gutters again is exaggerated. During blooming season I do have to scale a ladder several times to address the Crepe *********************** droppings. Otherwise, they will accumulate excessively and eventually defeat my gutter system. The positive is that Leaf Filter keeps the blooms out of the gutter throughs - the blooms accumulate on top of the Leaf Filter screens. From there, the bloom debris can be blown or swept off - not necessarily an easy task or one that many people would be capable of doing, but still a far better cleaning option. Just know that if one chooses to be surrounded by beautiful Crepe ******s you must bear the responsibility of dealing with bloom accumulation on your gutters in the early summer months. Leaf Filter helps, but cannot address this issue alone.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsFor starters the wrong color leaf filters were installed and when they were scheduled to come back they did not show up. When I call the agent he acted as if he didn't believe me when I said the wor was not don't and expected pictures to prove the work was not co.pleted. The crew did a poor job cleaning up. Wood that was removed and replaced was left for me to clean up and I am still finding s**** all over my driveway and yard areas next to the house. The work itself was great and the new gutters and leaf filters look great. The salesman never followed up at the end to see if I was satisfied.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsSuper easy expeirence. I had a very professional salesman who did not pressure me to purchase on the spot. He called and checked on me after a few days, and we agreed on a price. Four days later, my gutters were repaired in the new covers were on, and they look great!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI noticed a leak in my system after the first year. Today I was in the front of my house and discovered two leaks. I called the service department and was made an appointment. Fortunately for me, so I thought, there was a technician in my area today. I had the technician to stop by. There was debris on the top of my leaf filter system and two joints were loose. I had to pay $95 for service call although there were two loose joints and debris. I was told there should never be a problem with this system. I felt lied to and this system is a total scam for $3,000 at my expense. What did I pay $3000 for when the system can get clogged per the phone rep, I would be surprised she said. What a waste of money. Don't buy this , can't guarantee anything. Oh I was told service call was in my contract, it was not and couldn't tell me why I didn't see the service fee verbiage. 1 starThis company has the worst customer service I have ever encountered! This was supposed to be a 6 hour installation that turned into 13 hours. Was 8.5 hours on a Saturday then another 4 on Monday. When I called **************** to speak to someone I received a call after 3 times calling in and the only reason I got a call back was because I said the job was not done yet (which it wasnt) and Leaf Filte took their money ******** at 1:30 pm, prior to the job being done. The installer did not get to our house until 3:15pm. Then they had the installer call me, instead of them handling the situation with the installer putting me, the customer, in a very bad position. After the job was finally done I asked for someone to come and look at it as we had some questions on a few areas. The service manager said she would schedule someone to come out and we requested a 4-8pm time slot so we could be home as this was a work day 7/9/2024 Someone shoes up at our house at 2 pm and we were not home from work, so we couldnt even be there. One of the gutters was put back on away from the house exposing the facia board apparently that was okay for whomever came at 2pm. I called yet again to talk to someone and was told I would get a call back that was on Tuesday 7/9 in the evening after I got off of work. I still have not heard a word from anyone at Leaf Filter!! Needless to say I would not recommend this company to anyone.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
