4 starsI had new gutters with Leaf Filter installed on 6/4/2024 2 weeks later I had overflow, leaks etc. *********** sent out someone to take care of the problem, and I no longer have overflow or leaks they did a great job and no mess left behind. Im giving 4 stars because I requested an itemized invoice for my records but no response

1 starIm giving a bc the Salesman sold me on a set price of $870 and I was charged $990. I was told by the Manager I was going to get a call and will get my $120 back. I havent heard from either nor received my money! The labor that was done was Great that gets a 10. The contractor did an excellent job!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starI was assured by the salesman that the leaf filters would work great on pine straw, but the fact is it DOES NOT. I was also told that if I ever had a problem that they would come out and take care of it at no charge, but after 2-3 trip out here, they wanted to charge me. I purchased these because at my age and don't need to be climbing a ladder, and they were not cheep. The salesman just flat out lied about the product. It does not let the pine straw wash over, it collects on top and then water runs over and down the Fascia boards and Soffit. It backed up so bad one time it ran behind the Fascia and into the wall over the kitchen window and into the window seal inside. I would NOT recommend them for anyone that has pines near them. I do not know if they work for leaves. If I had known this information I would not spent over $5000. I could pay someone a lot of times to clean out my gutters for that amount of money.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starScreen product is hanging from the gutters on the 3 sides of the garage that I can see. My 85 yr old mother placed multiple service calls and has had 3 technicians out to fix the issues but the product is still hanging off the gutters and it doesnt appear to have been reinstalled or fixed. No communication after the service is finished and when she calls customer support they dont show she placed a service call. She paid $95 for the first service call and refuse to pay again until this is fixed. I wish I could leave pictures because this has been going on for a month and its still hanging off the garage. I would never recommend this product or company to anyone.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsWhen discussing the process with the salesman , I asked to have no one walking on my roof and that the dirt in the gutters be taken away (since he made such a deal about the bacteria load of the dirt). The guys that came were walking on my roof and just dumped the ****/dirt on my ground along with the dead plants that had ground in the gutters. They left a few cutting of the screen on the ground . When they asked to be paid I asked if they took the dirt with them and they said they did. It was later that I found the ***** of ****, dead plants and small stripes of screen. For your outrageous price I expected some respect of my requests. I'm disabled and won't be able to check on how clean the gutters were or if they even sealed the corners before putting the screens on. I've been frustrated since.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
