2 starsThe wrong back strap was installed (too narrow) and the filter sections collapsed into the gutter. The service tech had to replace them with wider strips. Also, birds were entering the end of the gutters and building nests. The tech had to screw the screen on the ends to prevent this. These are all BAD installation issues and yet I WAS CHARGED a fee for “warranty”??? This was NOT warranty work but correcting WRONG installation. NOT good customer service at all.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 stars******* and his team were very professional and worked diligently to get the job done!I am very happy with the gutters and the work they did. 1 star******** ran over yard sign by accident. Crew didnt show up when promised. I had to call salesperson. Then, they didnt meet the 2nd estimated arrival time. I asked 3x for them to pick up the debris from existing gutter and there was zero cleaning done. I complained and asked for $200 credit so I capfuls pay someone else to clean it up. I was never given a follow up phone call from your management.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starLeaf Filter stated they would reinforce and realign all gutters, install their gutter protections and provide a lifetime warranty.A sub-contractor arrived and after removing my gutters I asked when his help would be arriving. The installer stated he didnt want to share the installation fee and he would complete the job. The salesmen re-assured me the highest quality of workmanship would be provided and outlined the lifetime warranty. The first rainfall after installation saw water running over and behind gutters, joints leaking, and water pooling on deck. Leaf Filter sent a new installer out who placed a splash guard and left. The issue remained and Leaf Filter sent different installers three more times. Each installer confirmed a problem and promised the information would be passed to a manager which resulted in no follow-up. All attempts to call Leaf Filter ended with an unacceptable resolution. Leaf Filter reluctantly scheduled an installer to come out, but this resulted in a five-minute trip by someone who agreed there was a problem and left. When I asked customer service to transfer me to the manager, they refused and hung up. After persistent calls, I was told a manager would be sent out in 45 days. After45-days only an installer showed up, agreed with the problem and left. After 6 months, a manager with Leaf Filter made contact. The manager agreed to send out an installer to correct the issue. This installer again confirmed the issue with the installation. Adding, the initial installer used short cuts instead of taking the time to do it correctly, and the job had to be reperformed. This installer stated: I ************** straw when it came to the installation. I have no confidence in Leaf Filters willingness to stand by their work or competency to do the work. After numerous trips to my residence, confirming the problem and taking no further action, I have decided to cut my losses. Leaf Filter is not a trusted partner to do business with.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsWe were given 4 estimates. I was asked to sign a document by the installers about my satisfaction. I reviewed the check list but stupidly trusted that since my front yard was cleaned up the rest of my homes yard would have been cleaned up. Wrong. I walked around after and found gutter debris was left all around. Im glad its done. But feel the process is predatory. 4 hours work for $4,000 is excessive to say the least.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
