5 starsWe so regret choosing this company! FALSE information from salesmen! He did NOT tell us that they sub/contract their work! We were under the impression that they have their own workers! A dumpy white truck pulled up and the contractors spoke no English! Gutters are LEAKING!! Called company sent two men and told us it our leaves causing issue! They said they could only clean out the gutters!! The salesman ASSURED up there would be NO problems with the leaves after we shared our concerns during his sales pitch!! EVERY corner is clogged up and they said theyd just have to come and clean the gutters out so often!! Soooooo disgusted with this company! DO NOT purchase from this company!! Weve been lied to and we wanted others to know about the dishonesty and frustrations! The work of their out side contractors is ONLY guaranteed for one year! Company told us its in the fine print at the bottom of contract! Shame on the company for the misleading sales pitch! DO NOT THEM!

1 starHorrible customer service. My leak filter was not installed properly was suppose to pitch away from house. My cover leans back to house causing build **** I spoke with sales rep at WI state fair and he told me it needs a 13 degree pitch. Well I have no pitch. When I spoke with a rep from the north service center she was very matter of fact and basically told me anytime they come out to look/ service its a minimum $95.00 or more service call. I said this was never explained to and I was told Life time on product and service by salesman. Again very matter of fact ************ said on this such and such date you signed your contract and it clearly stated paying service call fees!!! And we only cover Id debri plugs inside of gutter. Do not use these protectors go with someone else!!! They will not back their product and sales will do whatever they can to sell product. Very expensive and very disappointed! To bad!! 1 starLeaf filter mis-represented their warranty. You must pay $90.00 to have leaf filter personnel remove debris that accumulates on top of the leaf filter product.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsI had seen LF all over FB and TV so thought it was a great product. I really wish I had read these reviews first, because I would not have had them placed. The salesman told us they don't SUB out jobs but that they use their OWN guys...Well, that's not true. The first guy called my cell at 11:49am saying he was to be there between 8am-12 but was going to still be 30 minutes more, then tried to say we told him he couldn't come until someone was her..That is a LIE!!! He was taken off another job he said to come do ours, and he did it WRONG. He got about 3/4 of the job done and left because he was really getting hot, it was a hot day for sure. My husband got on a ladder to check out the job so far and called our salesman to say they could take it all down! The manager came out and send his #1 guy?? out the next day to redo it all and it did look good and that *** said he used the wrong filter, it was flat and not tilted. This product is WAYYY too expensive for what you get, but hopefully we get good service when we need them.??? Installers wore plain clothes and no logo on trucks. Not like you see on TV or FB.. SAD that we didn't look into this more!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK PEOPLE!!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsCalled with questions about system and if they could work with existing gutters in need of leveling .Spoke to real person who answered my questions and set up appointment for an estimate the same day. Estimator was very thorough and help me even more with questions and worked with to meet my goals and needs. Worked get me whatever discounts I qualified for. Set up installation next day. Work was excellent. A good product. The result for me was like new gutters.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsThe LeafFilter gutters are very compelling -- they look like they will work very well. The sales rep was very effective at explaining the advantages of the LeafFilter system. The price was a little higher than the competition but the reputation of the company seems strong so we decided to go for it. A little context: We live in ***** and our gutters get very full year round with leaves and debris. Our current gutters had taken so many hits from falling ice sheets during storm melts we knew we had to find a better way. We hope the LeafFilter system is that better way. Since installation (a month ago) we have had several downpours and rain storms. So far, so great! The water management is WAY better than our old gutters. The LeafFilter system holds more water than our old gutters, so they don't overflow --- and they can't get clogged/backed up by leaves because no leaves can get in. We are really happy so far but in all honesty, we need to get through Fall and Winter and Spring before I can give a 5 Star review... I just need to see how these gutters hold up through one full year before I rave on! I will add on to this review in Summer 2025 but we are really impressed with this system so far, so I'm hopeful for a much more relaxing change of the seasons ahead! :)LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThis is a company of buyer beware! They took advantage of my widowed 91 old mother on a fixed income. They told her she needed things she did not need and that added to the cost! They charged the max ****** $11,314. I talked to a manager (******) and the best he could do was take a $1,000 off. Just to see how they worked we had them come to our home. ( we took pictures of our gutters before salesman came out) We told them we just want an estimate. Happen to be same sales person who lied to my mom. (mom's footage was a little more than ours before they added things) She lied to us about what was in gutters. Very high pressure sales person saying only one day price offer (which my mom believed) She started the price about $7,400 we kept telling her we were wanting an estimate. By the end of 3 hrs being there the price came down to $1,790. Funny thing is this one day only sale, her manager (******) texted me for several days after still trying to get us to take the last offer.So this tells us this company has no integrity and does not want to do the right thing for my mom! What they did as far as I'm concerned was completely unethical!I'm writing this so that it will help another older person not be taken advantage of or anyone else! They come in and size you up and see what they can get the most out of you! They don't have any prices on anything! If this company wants stand on not having any integrity to customers and to the elderly then that is on them! Sad thing is they actually have a good product they just care how bad they financially hurt you. 1 starMisleading regarding maintenance and functionality. Our home is surrounded by oak trees which continually clog the filter. We are no better off and spent too much money. Office manager is unprofessional and snide.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsInitial site visit by LF rep was on time and very informative. The rep took the time to answer all questions and make suggestions and went the extra mile to make us aware of discounts for retired, seniors and military. The discounts were sizeable given the project.The installers were very polite, and had to work around a power outage in extreme heat conditions. The installers listened to our concerns about downspout placement and had solutions that worked out fantastic.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
