1 starThe first guy you sent out was afraid of heights. Then I had to take off work so the next guy could install your product. I also still can't reach the guy who sold us the product and he never returned my message either. Also the job isn't finished at least to what the guy who sold us the product said would be done. And some of the guards don't look like they were installed properly because they seem warped in some spots. And when I emailed whomever off the website about my concern of the reschedule I have never received a response.

1 starThe sales *** promised services that do not seem to have been delivered. She said the poot drainage angle of the gutter would be corrected and that the gutter would be reinstalled so that the visible gaps from the ground that would probably lead to seepage between the gutter and the soffit would be corrected. None of this is done. I asked that I be onsite when the work was done. We rescheduled three times due to several logistical circumstances (wrong sized gutter on the installer's truck and weather). I was never notified of another installation option and can't get up high enough to see if the leaf guard was even installed. Poor communication at the end and lack of follow through on the promised corrections. I paid $900. For a ***utable company to install the gutter. For just a gutter guard, without the promised corrections to protect my house, I would not pay $1200 or so for just the diversion of the rain/leaves.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThere was way too many variations in pricing from the start. The first estimate I received was way too high to even contemplate using your service. After a hard negotiations discussion we finally came to an agreement. I still think I paid too much, but all in all I am satisfied with the materials used and the installation process. I would highly recommend your gutters and install, but the process of pricing almost caused me to find someone else. I expected to receive a comparable price from the start instead of having to talk down the price almost in half before agreeing to the acceptance of your product. The finished product looks great and with the warranty, I am hoping it will last as promised for years to come. Great job!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsI was assured one thing during the sales pitch and the installer did less than I was promised. I spent thousands of dollars to have my underground downspouts replaced because they were clogged, just days before my LeafFilter install. I asked the salesperson if they could clean my gutters without running water down the gutters, because I was worried the debris would just clog my new drains. I was told it was no problem. However, on the day of install, I found the installer barely cleaned my gutters at all, taking pictures of the LeafFilter product installed over the debris in most areas. When I confronted the installer, he told me it was just a little bit of debris and it would wash down with rain, the very thing I didn't want to occur. Had I known they weren't really going to clean out my gutters, I would have done it myself. It also makes me question, did they really seal my gutters? Did they check them to make sure they had the right pitch? When you see someone skimping on one area, it fairly brings up the question, can I trust any of the other promises they made during the sales pitch?LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsFrom the first visit with the salesman to the end of the insulation was a very satisfying experience. Everything was explained thoroughly and the wait was minimal. The installer was fast and professional. I see only clear water running out the rain spouts. Before I use to see debris and shingle grit.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
