1 starThe repair for Leafguard did a poor job here. He leaf a big huge hold on the sideof the house and he torn part of the roof as well. He didn't take time to replace the old wood with new wood as promised.

2 starsTheir overall communication is poor and and we have not been contacted since install.The installers were very good but there was only 2 people and I actually helped them install a long gutter in back of house that definitely required 3 people to do the installation properly.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsNot a big fan of hit and run sales techniques. The agent responding to my inquiry was certainly a likeable chap. He was both informative and easy to talk to. Unfortunately, once my signature was on the dotted line, thats the last I heard from him. Moving on to the next issue.An installation window between 7:00 AM and noon was established. The natural assumption is that this work would be accomplished sometime during the morning hours of the day agreed upon. Instead, the crew arrived just prior to noon and worked into the afternoon hours. This could have proved problematic had neither my spouse nor I planned on being here during the afternoon to sign off on the paperwork. To me, this appeared to be either poor planning on someones part within the Leaffilter organization or lack of proper controls over subcontract installers.Most important of all, the product and method of installation discussed during the sales pitch was NOT entirely what occurred during installation. During the meeting with the sales representative the Leaffilter product demonstrated and what would be installed included three parts. The three parts were a front ****** which integrated neatly with that of the gutter, a mesh wire/gird section, and a rear ****** with a flap. The latter section was to join with the ***** and support the grid at some angle. The representative even showed me pictures of how the open ends of the angled grid structure would be delt with.The actual product installed did NOT include the rear section with the flap, but instead involved a ****** like the front ******. The grid section was laid down flat and many fasteners were used to secure the grid both at the front and rear of the grid. Not a clean installation and NOT what was expected.Actual performance, during the fall season, is yet to be determined.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsThey do not replace your gutters. When they tell you they clean them out, all they do is hand scoop some of the debris into a hand held pail. The product is extremely overpriced! They give you discounts if you press them. Leaves you feeling like youre being ripped off! They dont show up as scheduled and dont call you back if you have issues. 1 star*********** signed a contract agreeing to put filters on all the gutters on my house, then breached the contract by putting filters on all BUT ONE OF the gutters on my house. I now have to pay another company $700.00 to finish the job that I contracted *********** to do. I wouldn't recommend Leaf Filter to my worst enemy.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

4 starsWork was very well done by a two person team. They fixed the existing gutters and cleaned up well. The lifetime guarantee for any gutter problems was one of the good selling points. Cost was high.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsLeaf Filter was not thorough with the initial installation of their product. Our gutters still filled up with debris despite having their product installed as our box gutters from the higher portion of our home was draining into the gutters with the Leaf Filter product. Leaf Filter came out and discovered their mistake, attempted to correct this by cutting off the connection from directly going into the downspouts. Aesthetically, this fix looks awful and apparently, Leaf Filter did not secure the gutter to the roof as just recently, I discovered the gutter was hanging off the roof. This is unacceptable. We paid for this product and its just been a terrible experience and has not worked for our home. At this point, I am requesting a refund as we are going to seek out a professional gutter replacement company.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
