1 starDo Not use this company or their product. This Spring, 2024, we had Leaf Filter come do and estimate for our 4000sq. ft. two story home in *************** that was built just 7 years ago. Measurements were taken and my wife and I sat at the kitchen table with the sales ***. *** of the selling points that my wife liked was that the salesman looked us right in the eye and told us both that if they had to come back for any reason after the install he would bring a check for us. This was an outright lie as we later found out from the next *** who came to hear our complaints. It was not company policy. They did the install while there was ice and snowmelt in the gutters despite my request to wait a few days for warmer weather. The installer never caulked any of the seams at the inside and outside corners as was included in the deal. The next day I took video of the leaks from snow melt. They sent another ***, who apologized and who sent a different installer to come fix the issue. He also stated that they were supposed to have installed Ice guards in the valley's of the roof. The young man they sent did his best but he used a short ladder to gain roof access on the uphill side then proceeded to crawl down and try to do the work on the downhill side of the roof where there is a more than 25' fall to the ground, so I had to stand guard so he wouldn't fall and get hurt. They never came back after that. The wrong color covers were installed so they clash with the exterior. Dropped screws that were removed were scattered all around the house perimeter. The ice guards were never installed. I have photos showing large gaps between small pieces of the covers, and they used a bunch of small pieces instead of full length ones. There were large gaps at the ends of some gutters where the cover didn't quite reach. This install was done via a contract that somehow involved Lowes of ****************, ****. Overall a bad experience. Pics have been posted to ******** to warn others.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsI was very dissatisfied with the original visit for the estimate of our installation and the "high pressure" tactics employed. (A very high estimate price on the product and installation, followed by applying several discounts as percentage reductions, and then a last discount applied only if we booked the installation that very moment [or within a half hour]. That last discount, I later realized, should have been MUCH more substantial a discount and I come away believing I paid way too much for our new gutters and the LeafFilter product.) The installation was then schedule for the next working day, even though we let the estimator know that we were departing for a trip very early the following morning. The installers then arrive three or four hours late (not their fault--they had been booked for another installation the same morning). The installation was fairly good but the installers failed to clean our current gutter where the LeafFilter was installed, resulting in the failure of the system during a heavy rain while we were away. I had to clean out the drain pipe after our return; the post-installation inspector did do a good job with the inspection and also further cleaning of the gutter. In short, you have a fine product, but you need to work on your sales and estimator procedures and also instruct your installers to be sure to do the entire job as described by the estimator and the contract materials.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starTheir sales *** attempted to greatly inflate price to seniors.Started @ $64 per l/ft then reduced 3 times to $32. Found out later the system is sold for much less to some.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsThis is the second home we have had LeafFilter take care of our needs. The first home we just need the filters installed on our new gutters. We sold that home and moved to a different state and just had this awesome company furnish our home with both gutters and filters. Despite a bad storm that rolled through in the middle of the work, the workers stayed until the storm was over and completed the job. We love our new gutters and the filters work just like they are supposed to. We would highly recommend this company for not only the price but the professionalism that was behind all involved!LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starThe contract was to add mesh to a portion of the rain gutters and to clean all the rain gutters. Numerous sections of rain gutter were not even cleaned. I guess they figured no one would look. I have photos showing all the debris that was not cleaned out of the rain gutters.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
