2 starsThe installation went fine and product looks OK. But, after a month, I got my ladder out to see up close. I can see the accumulation of pine needles and roof shingle grains starting to develop on top of screen mesh. A full review will be needed later to see if this washes off or blows off from wind. My biggest complaint though, after reading many reviews and seeing long term videos on U-Tube that people posted, is the very high pricing I was charged. Not sure now that it was worth it at your high pricing. After seeing the product 4 hour installation and product itself, I can see why most people complain about the price. Way way to high. Will see how it goes after a full 4 season period. I will need to climb ladder to clean off at least yearly from what I see. Sold on maintenance free that now looks to be mis-leading. Don't know yet if ice/snow will be a issue with blockage. Regards, ****LeafFilter Gutter Protection

5 starsMy take is that the two gentlemen you sent to my Mom's house here at ************************************************************** were very professional and went beyond for our home. Not only did they install the Leaf Filter system, but they capped off the two inlets and placed proper extenders onto the drain system. Prior to the installation, the two inlets were going directly into the sump pump drain. After the heavy rain following the installation, there was no water in the sump pump drain. So essentially, your crew that was sent out just extended the life of my sump pump as well as the foundation to our home. This will minimize the possibility of flooding. 4 starsIt is hard to tell, we haven't had rain since install. They appear that they will do what is claimed. The fellow that came to install was not in appropriate attire. He had on flip flops and his shorts were split up the back so his underwear was hanging out.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starBe cautious as you may get caught in a misleading sales presentation that doesn't meet your needs. The salesman misrepresented the product and installation. Additionally, the salesman did not wish to address my concerns following the installation. I was also told that the head of the sales department would be in touch with me to discuss the best way to resolve my concerns after the installation. After several attempts, no one got in touch with me. Once the sale was completed, the company did not wish to have contact with me.
