2 starsOver priced,the salesman was very kind but they don't allow you to think about it. You have to make the decision during the presentation otherwise you'll loose the discounted amount. So in my eyes that is being pushy. After he left a 2nd salesman was knocking on my door trying to sell me the same product from the same company. During the presentation he said they would be on ladders that did not touch the gutters-False! They would not be on the roof for installation-False. Everything on the presentation was not valid they did get on the roof they did put the ladders up against the gutters. I have to be open for a 4-hour window for availability for them to show and then they show up late with no phone call. Once again in the representation they said they would call first. False. They do not have a company vehicle. They all had street clothes on. The beat up pick up truck leaked oil in my driveway! I called the **** filter to talk to a manager spoke to someone who said he would have a manager call me. No one ever returned my call. A month later on my security camera I see a man with a ladder climbing on my roof with no permission to do so. He later left a voice mail saying that's what they do a month later. To check and make sure everything looks OK. I yet haven't climbed up there to look myself. In time the real test will be if they even work!!!?? Im not to happy about the False presentation hopefully this is a good product after this. Maybe I will have a manager reach out to me!!!!!

5 starsI was initially very shocked about the price even with discounts added but I wasn't "pressured" into making any decisions and found that humorous. No one can "pressure" you into doing anything you don't want to do if you have any sort of willpower. It's just an excuse for the regret that a person feels from making a decision they are not happy with. I did experience the call for an earlier booking, which was a good thing because I wanted my gutter installed before the predicted rain in a few days. When I saw the difference the gutters made in the appearance of my house and how perfectly they were installed I honestly didn't care about the higher price. My hubby was very impressed and happy with the result, which says a lot because he inspects planes and has eagle eyes. The truth is, if you want a high-quality product or service you must expect the cost to be higher than normal. We are very happy with their work and service. The installers were very polite, did excellent work, and even cleaned up after themselves which is a big deal to me because nothing **** me more than having to clean up after a service provider after I paid them for their service. All in all, this was a great experience. I would highly recommend their services.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsProduct is flawed, price too high and screens allow hard rain to flow over the gutter and cause ice dams in the winter. Other products on the market that are superior to this system. Third time out to rectify problems. Any more issues I will have a different all in one gutter system installed.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsMy leaf filter gutters became clogged, I had a total of 5-6 service calls and I had to threaten to go to the internet and share my pictures of water flowing over my leaf filter gutters before anything was done. Even then it took months for it to get fixed. I was told several times that I should clean my gutters more. I got leaf filter so I wouldn't have to clean my gutters. In the end they fixed it but it took many visits and me having to threaten.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

3 starsInitial installation not completed until after sunset. Literally in the dark. Not sure if it was rushed. Called to have someone come out to inspect. Response was prompt and technician looked everything over thoroughly. He was very helpful in explaining everything. In hindsight should have not started if they knew they were going to be working in the dark. Workmanship looks good and after rain seems to be working ok.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starCompany: LeafFilter Contract Date: 10/11/2022 Salesman: **** G Date started: 10/24/2022 Re: Job # ANA11024 License Number: ******* *********** was filed with the contractor LeafFilter within 1 year of the warrantee period. There technician came out 3 times but didnt fix the problems.2.Problem: Poor workmanship & implied refusal to fix the problems.(a). Gutter Size is 6 wide; downspout is 3x2 = 6 sq inch. Gutter to downspout Connecter should be 6 Sq Inch; instead of installing a factory made 3x2 Connector, your tech cut a hole of 2 sq inch in the gutter to drain water from gutter to downspout. It is 1/3rd of the downspout capacity creating a bottle neck. In heavy rain, sluggish flow of water causes it to overflow from the gutter & fall on the Street.(b). Sluggish flow of water also causes creates a heavy load on the gutter. It has deformed & need to be replaced.(C). I understand that gutter supporting brackets should be installed no more than 3 apart. Initially they installed it 7 apart. After my call back, their reaction was as follows.o1st call back: Tech came & installed few more support brackets. It is better than before but is now 5 apart and not 3. If the code will accept, then it is ok with me; otherwise install no more than 3 apart. Tech left without addressing other 2 complaints. **** call back: Another tech came & looked at the job. He said that he needs a gutter to downspout Adapter & that he will come back with the part and fix all problems. He never came back.o3rd call back: Scheduler set up an appointment and said that another tech will come and wanted a 4-hour window period of 1 to 5. I and my son waited there for 4 hours. 1 starWe have a downspout that was obviously not cleaned, prior to installing the leaf filters and the first time it rained, water is gushing out the top seam of the downspout. I contacted the person that sold us the product and he has completely ignored me. We bought the Leaf Filters so that we wouldnt have these issues.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

1 starMine has been a nightmare experience. 1st guy wasnt told by the salesman that my gutters on one side needed 2-story ladder, so he couldnt finish the job.2nd guy didnt have enough material to finish the job.3rd guy, 3rd attempt, finally finished the job. Their claim to clean and properly align the gutters did not occur on day 3.The worst part, they cut off my gutter support brackets, to install the leaf filters, which then jeopardized the functionality. Screws went thru my less than 5 year old gutters into nothing for added support. First heavy ********************************* tore away from the house. Theyre due to come on Tuesday to repair, but well see if they do it right by bracketing up all gutters before a snowfall tears them all down.LeafFilter Gutter Protection

2 starsWhile the installation team was good and did what was required. The salesman and the overall national sales push, which rewards the corporation and the ********** at the expense of the workers who install the gutters and the customers. It's shameful. I would warn future customers to be wary of the high-powered sales push and to realize that much of what they pay is going to the sales team and not to the men/women who do they work. The communication between the salesman and the contractors who came to the house was minimal at best. The salesman told us how professional they would be, how much extra work they would do, etc, but the contractors, while good and professional, never received the notes of the particulars of my job and told me they wouldn't do some of it. The whole process was disgraceful and I felt cheated. I hope the LeafFilters themselves do the job.LeafFilter Gutter Protection
